Purchased warming socks for my wife that has RA and thought this would help but what I received are socks that after fully charged batteries didn't heat up so I contacted Gadget AMP and was asked to send video of defective product (how do you show no heat?) so I did do that they respond with.... Its impossible they don't heat up after viewing the video ...how can they say? I have the socks THEY DONT HEAT UP !Initial Complaint

Ordered an item on June 16th, 2021. I was given a credit and had to use some of my own money to purchase the item. It was fulfilled June 18th,2021 and apparently shipped out. As of June 21st, 2021 it has not moved and I have not gotten anywhere with this company. I have sent emails with no response and it has now been over 30 days with no item and nothing being done to resolve my issue. I had gotten through to someone on their web chat July 23rd, 2021 who said they would send out a new product but i have not received anymore information on the replacement. I just want my money back and to be done with this awful company.Business response

Thank you for your note. Our records show you purchased an item for $45.95 and used our discount of $45.95 leaving you with a shipping and tax balance of $8.47 which you paid. I see you have been emailing our support team and we informed you on July 20th that the item has been reshipped as the first item was "returned to sender". We confirmed your address on the 20th and as mentioned sent a replacement item. Items may take up to 2 weeks to be received. If you do not receive the item, we will refund you $8.47 and provide you with the $45.95 gift code again. We hope this will successfully resolved the issue. Again, we apologize for the inconveniences you may have endured.
