1 starI'm three months into this program and my life is worse than it was before. My accounts are all closed and no negotiations are being made. I have tried to reach out and get updates but no luck. This company is a scam and they prey on people in over there head. The person I talked and worked with was ******* and apparently that person doesn't exist. Now I'm trying to get my money back and figure out where to go from here. What they are doing should be illegal, but for some reason that doesn't matter.Elevate Finance LLC

2 starsEnrolled 7 months ago with 17 creditors. Our credit was fair. Now is below bad. They only made arrangements in month 7 with three creditors. Thus far only about $1,500 of $3,000 drafted actually went to creditors. The balance was absorbed by various fees. Be very wary of the "Fresh Start Plan" which is a $349 set up fee and monthly charge of $54 for discounted legal advice if you get sued by a creditor they are supposely negotiating with on your behalf. Seems the only ones getting paid are them and their vendors.Elevate Finance LLC

1 starI do not use the word hate lightly, but I absolutely hate this company.Roughly five months ago, my information was clearly sold to them by a shady data broker. Since then, theyve been relentlessly spamming my phone with 10+ robocalls per day, every single day. I block each number, only for a new one to appear within hours. At this point, Ive blocked hundreds of their rotating numbers.Last week, I began calling them back to askcalmlyfor removal. As soon as I mention being added to their do-not-call list, the agent immediately hangs up. No acknowledgment, no confirmationjust a click. I call again. Same result. Over and over.This company has rendered my phone nearly unusable unless I keep it in Focus Mode with unknown callers blocked. The moment I turn that off, their calls resumealways about some loan offer I never requested.If ever there were a textbook case for an FCC investigation and severe TCPA penalties, this is it. These tactics are abusive, evasive, and utterly disrespectful of consumer rights. I strongly urge any regulatory agency or attorney reviewing this to take action.Elevate Finance LLC

1 starDo not use....complete scam. They tell you they'll resure your debt at a much lower rate, but it's not truthful. Told me 2 years and I'll be completely settled, not not the case 2.5 years later and they now say another year. When I calculated the money I poured into it, and what it would cost to just negotiate and settle...guess what ....it's break even at the worst. 1 starJoining Elevate finance has been the worst decision I could have made. I was sold this program from a lady named ******* who worked for money ladder. We spent more than hour on the phone going over the program. She ensured me that this company is based out of ********** and that communication during pacific standard time would not be an issue. She told me I could contact her with any questions throughout the program, told me I could easily change due dates or defer a payment if needed. She told me that it could take upwards of 6 months to settle debts. It has now been 6 months where I have paid over 1300 and have gotten nowhere fast! ******* is no where to be found and I recently found out she doesn't actually work for elevate and is basically just a sales person who will sell your debt to another company. In my case the company is Elevate. Elevate is an ****************** and my contact person for this company is a guy named *****. ***** has not reached out to me ONCE. There have been no updates, one settlement that was less than substantial. The only reason there is even ONE settlement is so that they can collect their 22% settlement fee along with other monthly fees I had no idea about. One of my creditors has charged off my account while all others have almost doubled with interest fees and late charges. My credit has dropped from high 600's down to 400's. More overwhelmed now than I ever was before. I entered this program in good faith with the expectation of financial relief and have received the exact opposite. 1 starIf I can give it negative stars I would. This company is a scam and doesnt help at all. My credit score was significantly negatively impacted just in one month, when I tried to cancel after just 34 days they told me that they arent able to refund the full amount of ****** even though no work was done. I have called the company who just give me the run around and dont help at all. WORST COMPANY!! DONT RECOMMEND!!! I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!! 2 starsSounded good at first, but Ive been in the program for 6 months and none of my debts have been settled. They claim that a settlement should be reached in 6 months, but when I say that now its sometimes it does take longer. I also never hear from anyone and have to call for updates.
