    Terrible business. Put in an order, supposedly for early Black Friday. Thought I had spent $50 which would entitle me to free shipping. Apparently, when I got the e-mail confirmation of my order, a few minutes later, I saw I was charged $5 for shipping. I immediately tried to call, to no avail. None of the numbers I searched online worked. I filled in the customer service form and explained the situation and asked my order to be cancelled. I was told this was not possible as once an order is mase it cannot be cancelled. I could refuse the shipment and return it for my money back less the shipping charge. Better off not buying anything from them again and going to a store, if you want any of their products. I know I will never get anything from them again. Very bad business practices.

    Terrible customer service! While I love the **********************, I will never order via website again! Customer service apparently cannot read or comprehend and are of absolutely no help at all! I will be filing claim with paypal to obtain a refund !!!

    Their customer service is intentionally ignoring my emails / delaying the return process to scam me out of money I paid for an opened, contaminated product. There was hair on the applicator!

    I can't believe that nowadays there is such a cosmetic brand that hides the little word in their policy that all sales are final, instead of marking the final sale on the webpage. No price match or no return allowed, and customer representatives are holding different words. Bunch of liars. I will never ever shop with them again.

    Avoiding this company at all costs for deceptive business practice. They are having a black Friday sale where it says 25% off site wide. Not an accurate statement at all. Various products are not 25% off and there is no*suggesting that there are exclusions. This is false advertising.

    Worst company to do business with , there seems to always be an issue with missing products or waiting for your products with a specific date and when that date comes finding out they never even shipped . Horrible customer service but great ********************** its a shame .

    Horrible experience with Urban Decay!! I placed an order for both the All Nighter Ultra Matte Makeup Setting Spray and All Nighter Vitamin C + Cactus Flower Water Setting Spray. The Ultra Matte setting spray left white specs all over my face, which made me remove/wash away my makeup and start all over again. The ***************** Flower spray left my face feeling very sticky to the point my eyelids would get stuck when closing my eyes, and then again, I had to wash my face and remove my makeup after applying it. Reached out to customer service and was told to send both items back for a refund. After they received it, they only gave me a refund for ONE and not both. I contacted customer service through the phone and email on numerous occasions and was at the end told that I didnt send both! They basically called me a LIAR. Why would I follow-up if I was lying? This company is so cheap they will accuse you of lying and basically take your money leaving you with no product. I went as far as contacting the **************** Director, *********************, which was completely useless as he never picked up the phone or called me back after leaving several voicemails. Save your money, and go buy from somewhere that doesnt accuse its customers of lying and takes your hard earned money.

    This is the ABSOLUTE company to EVER buy from!! I HATE their customer service! Theyre F****** AWFUL!!! They do NOT help you in the slightest. And if you purchase something on sale youre not able to return it. When it wasnt even used!! They should be ashamed of them selves!! Charging an arm and a leg for a product that you cant even use or dont even like!!

    I ordered some makeup and then 3 days later it goes on sale. they wont refund me the difference. they would rather I return the whole order. i will never order from them again.
