    I've purchased advanced system repair pro on 2022-12-25, ive took a 19.99$ option but when i saw the billing on m'y credit card Its seem to been 84.05$. they said they have a 30 Day back Money back guaranty police but they seem to just ignore customer.I asked Them for a refund on 2022-12-26, they Said they would refund but non refund have been done since. I found out it was a montly paid apps and i "Think" i got IT stopped but i'm not thrusthing or.

    On 12/12/22 I purchased the Advanced System Repair Pro program and quickly found out that it wasn't the program I was looking for. Also, due to some unexplainable reason, I was charged significantly more than I had thought it was. So I sent an email to the support email address the next day (12/13/22) telling them of the problem and that I wanted a refund. Received an email back in the form of a one line response that only told me why it was $71.82 but did not address anything else, including the refund. I emailed back, once again explaining that I no longer wanted to do business with their company and that I expected my money back per their 30 day guarantee. Never received another email after the first. On 12/18/22 I try to call the phone number on the billing page, I end up with someone in tech support who rudely tells me that, no she can't help me, no she can't transfer me, and then just hangs up. Finally, I hop on the chat on the website. This rep was IMMEDIATELY helpful and apologizing for everything. My refund was being processed, they could see that I already canceled the subscription and I would have my money in **** business days. It's been over two weeks since then. Now it is 01/05/23 and I have not received my money or any sort of contact from them, so I hop back on the chat. I get a rep, it says its connected. I type my question and get nothing, like nothing at all. Lights are on and nobodies home? I'm over it, done trying to working with their customer service, I just want my money refunded and to wash my hands of this mess.

    I ordered the software for the advertised price of ***** but my account was billed for *****. I simply wish for the proper adjustment as advertised or a full refund. Up to the business. This seems to be a scam operation. I have notified ***** Fargo's fraud department.

    On November 4th I purchased a "discounted" download of this for what Should have been $29. However when I tried to checkout I saw the New price was $89! Well it said Now that the $29 wasn't a Yearly fee but a Monthly and they wanted 3 months up front! Ugh. So I'm thinking this must be a Really Good Product. I purchased it and downloaded it. Only to discover that every time I tried Running it it would scan my computer for 45 minutes then when I told it to FIX the *****+ errors a pop-up would happen taking me back to their site and trying to get me to subscribe again! Nothing was ever fixed. No way to contact this company so I had PayPal cancel them. ******* based high money marketing campaign frauds.

    I downloaded software and received subscription costs that I did not know was going to happen. The business is not following their refund policy for full refund within 30 and 60 days if certain criteria of request methods were followed. I followed all the required steps but Advanced Systems Repair ( ASR) will not refund my money nor will they respond to my repeated requests.

    ** Sept 19 I received a charge of $60.40 on my Bank account from Paddle.inc. It appears that I purchased a piece of software from Advanced System Repair. I never received a download link or an acknowledgment of purchase. I contacted Advanced System Repair about this and they made no effort to resolve this issue. I'm still waiting.SEP 19 2022 XX9786 CHK REC PAYMENT PAYPAL *PADDLE.N *********** GB ******** ****** Amount: negative sixty dollars and forty cents $60.40

    Today I was attempting to remove Yahoo from my computer. I saw & read the add for Advanced Repair Pro software and was interested, I paid (total) $53.76 for the software. After the download, a screen came up instructing me to call a phone number to activate the software (AnyTech365's phone number). Instead of installing the software the representitive kept at me to purchase a long-term service contract, ofter stating the Advance System Repair Pro was (1) not needed, and (2) not that good of a product. Everytime time I'd get a notivce from the software of a problem needed fixing, i'd say yes to the fix and only receive an ad requesting I spend more money on system updates for a system that looks good but does nothing. The only comments from the AnyTech365 reps were about buying their service contracts. The entire thing, while it might be quite sound, smells. Advanced System Repair Pro doesn't advertise the facts that an AnyTec365 rep will not help with installation and will only attempt to sell you a service contract for immediate payment, nor does the Advance System Repair Pro software package tell you that in order to get anything down you are going to pay through the nose. Further, the ** security company I am already using says that their monitoring software shows none of the problems allegedly found by the Advance System Repair Pro software and referenced repeatedly by the AnyTech365 reps who were more concerned about getting my money than helping me (1) install purchased software, or (2) doing anything other than pressure-selling a dubious product. They calim to have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed money back policy. I would like the entire purchase price returned to my GO2Bank account and all of the Advance System Repair Pro/AnyTech365 software removed from my computer. Thank you.
