Website shows extenders for ********* ***** Fit. Video on website states theyre for 2015 ***** Fit, which is what I have. I emailed company on May 8 to inquire about difference. No answer. I ordered a seat extender from the website ************************ on March 14th in hopes to increase leg room in my vehicle. I saw their products mentioned on a car forum and people gave them good reviews.I received an e-mail confirmation of my order shortly after the order was placed. The e-mail stated that they ship orders about 2 weeks after the order was placed. I was fine with that.On March 25th, I receive an e-mail that my order has shipped. This came with a *** tracking number - 1Z93R9100393167999. I waited a few days to check on when it would be delivered. The tracking number indicates that the label was created, but *** has not received the package. My credit card was charged the following day, March 26th.I checked about a week later and the package still hasn't shipped. I e-mailed their customer service listed on the website on April 6th. No response received. I e-mailed again on April 11th and again no response. I submitted a contact request via their website and again, no response. I called the phone listed for this company and it does not connect, like it is out of service.All I want is the product I ordered to be shipped. I don't want to do a chargeback, but I will do so if I cannot get a response from Extend My Seat.I have uploaded copies of the e-mails I received/sent and a screenshot of the tracking details.Thank you for looking into this.Initial Complaint

I purchased a set of extension brackets for my new (to me) ***** Odyssey from ************************** on February 7, 2025. I received a shipping notification on February 10, 2025 with tracking number from ***. Tracking still says that my order has never made it to ***, so clearly a label was printed but the item was never sent. I began emailing the company on March 4, first via the contact page on the vendor's website and then via direct email to ****************************** merely asking for an update on when I could expect my order to ship. I have never received a response. In my last email I asked for any update by close of business on March 10. It is now March 21. I still want this product but am beginning to suspect that I'm going to have to file a chargeback with my credit card company.Initial Complaint

Order placed for product on 02-24-2025, for $625.00. *** shipping label printed on same day. On 03-12-2025 wrote and asked the status. No reply. Wrote again, twice I believe it no reply. It says on the website it can take two weeks to ship, but clearly we are past that. And when following up to ask about status, nobody replies. If the product is real, which I believe it is, it would be a big interest item and I'm understanding about things taking time. I've looked at the *** rating and believe I've been taken. I'll be speaking to my bank about challenging the charge, as fraudulent, and charging them back for it. Clearly a charge was placed against my card and clearly no shipping has occurred. I purchased their seat extender product on 12.13.2023 for my 2005 ****** Matrix. In March I emailed them asking if I could return it as my car was totaled while sitting in our driveway. They emailed back and said: "Please return and send tracking information and we will refund". I did that on 4.1.2024. I received a confirmation that it was delivered as I shipped it with a delivery receipt. I never received my refund despite several emails, numerous conversations with their "chat" feature on their website. I was told repeatedly that we will notify our management and put a priority on this. They have no phone number to call them. Not only have they not refunded my money, they could have easily resold it to another customer as it was shipped back in the same packaging as I received it. I like their product and would have purchased on for our newer car we had to buy, a 2012 ****** RAV4 but with their poor customer service, I would never recommend their product nor buy it again. I received a confirmation email and a *** tracking number right after I placed my order, but since then I saw that *** doesnt have possession of my order. I have emailed this company multiple times with no response until today when I told them in a message that I was filling a complaint with the BBB, they stated that they are out of this product and are pushing for more to be made so they can send me my order, I dont believe this at all, I think they are just trying to put me off from filing my complaint!!Initial Complaint

I initially purchased a seat extender and decided against it. I emailed the company to cancel the invoice and never received a response. In the meantime they have still not returned the money back to me and they will not answer phone calls or emails. **************** for this company has been atrocious. To whom it may concern:
On December 10th, 2023, I ordered seat extension brackets from a company called extendmyseat.com for the car I was in the process of purchasing, a 2012 Toyota Prius V, whereas I spoke w/chat person there, Sara who I originally assumed the brackets would fit my car I was purchasing from dealership.
I paid $****** for said brackets and have the original invoice along w/some of the ongoing correspondences I’ve had w/ supposed employees.
The supposed owner ******* ******* contacted me and said they no longer make the “V” design of my car I purchased brackets whereas originally via chat I spoke with **** and I included the series “V” of my car, and I feel she didn’t see that and said They Do carry brackets for my car.
Long story short, I’ve contacted various supposed workers at extendmyseat company with no communication to them receiving returned brackets that I sent back via Fed Ex on 12/21/2023?
I’ve talked via chat through their website which appears to be the Only way to talk to anyone about any issue. Each time I talk with someone, they assure me they will send my complaint via escalated to proper department, but I Never hear back from anyone?
