    July 25, 2023 $67.50 was billed to my **** card for an art print I wanted to purchase of *************. When the print was not ready when promised, Mr. ******** said he would send it to me for $15.00. The money was sent by VENMO for shipping on September 1, 2023. Mr. ******** does not answer his phone, so all communication is done with text messages. I have messaged him several times trying to arrange completion of the transaction. He has not responded since getting the September 1, 2023 payment for shipping. I was planning to be in Laguna January 28, 2024, and texted him that I would come by the shop to pick up the print. I arrived at 11;00am. The shop was closed. Mr. ******** did not communicate that to me. Neighboring shop vendors were surprised he was not there. Another customer came while I was there, and he had the same issue and was clearly upset. At this point, I am requesting a refund. The print was meant to be a birthday gift. Too late for that!

    I attended the Front Row Card Show in ********, ** on Saturday, 1/27/24. I purchased a work of art, ********************* and *************************** piece, from ************ Hobrecht. I paid in cash and he sent me an email receipt from his company (see attachment), "The All-Time". He said that he would mail my order on Monday 1/29/24 and provide a tracking number. After multiple attempts to contact this person and the business, phones calls and text message, I have not received my order. I have only received one text message (see attachment) from him. Apart from the one text message, he has not tried to contact me at all nor give me an update on my order. I would like a refund and end any business with this merchant.
