    Ordered 3 they said I ordered 6. Spend hours on phone and email to cancel order. Said upper management would give me 30% off three I didn't order and was not able to cancel or refund order. Weio order came through for six plus warranty anyway. Scam business. Said I could return for refund. I don't trust their word on anything.

    No you did not cancel my order you sent anyway and you didn't refund my money. I found out today you also set me up for auto payments on the refund..I don't know why you put false statements on here. You have charged me for all orders even one I didn't make and did not cancel order. I will be returning everything in one box and expect my total refund..I also cancelled any further payments to you.

    Product promised to remove mold from the air. Now, nothing of the sort is mentioned in advertising. How it ever got a rating higher than one from anyone is beyond me.

    I bought a 9 pack the beginnjng of last year (2022). Majority of them quit working in less than 6 months and now I'm down to one. Waste of money. Please do not waste your hard-earned money on these. Amazon nor manufacturer would help.

    I love this product. I had an issue with one of them. When I contacted them with my problem they responded back right away. With in 24 hrs I had another one being shipped to me. It is a great product if you have allergies to ************ I would & have recommended this to family and friends. **************

    I bought their ionizers and after 2 months of use, they stopped working. There is no warranty! They do not back their product. I haven't been able to reach anyone to resolve this issue. The customer service is poor!

    Clarifion does not warranty their product. That should tell you everything you need to know about the company.I bought 6 less than a year ago, and onlyn3 are still working.

    If you buy one, buy only from them directly. My quit working in less than one month. I bought it through Amazon so they won't stand behind their product. I had thrown the box away otherwise I would have returned it to Amazon. I figured since it was Clarifion's product and I could prove I purchased it they would stand behind it but no they will not. Very disappointing.
