  BEWARE of defective inoizers, the company will not replace them. I recently purchased 6 ionizers and liked them so well that I purchased 6 additional units. Within several months 3 of the units failed and the company replaced them, but indicating that they were doing so as a favor to me. Within a month or so another unit failed, but this time the company refused to replace the unit. Instead they want me to purchase an extended warranty. They do not stand behing their product. The ionizers should last more than a few months, no one buys an inoizer expecting it to work for only a few months. You should not be forced to buy an extended warranty to cover ionizers that work for only a few months. When they suggested that I send them more money to purchase an extended warranty I refused and now their customer service refuses to answer my complaint regarding the fourth (4th) defective/failed ionizer. If you need your ionizer to work for only a few months go ahead and purchase them from Clarifion, but if you want them for a longer time period then you should definitey shop elsewhere.

  I have COPD and my oxygen concentrator pulls in and large amount of air from the house and I would notice how dusty the filter and unit being extremely dusty within a week since plugging in the 1 unit within 2 feet of concentrator the dust has almost gone away around it

  Have had great experience with this product and the company also they are really great people to work with from purchasing products to getting help if there is a problem. And they have been great customer service when I had a defective product!!

  Was not sent what I ordered and when I returned it (paying $12.50 for postage), I not only was on the hook for that but also a $10 processing fee. **************** was a robotic woman reading from a script.nightmare!

  Ive only had the clarifying for couple of weeks. The air seems fresher in my room .prices are reasonable and I would order more if the occasion arises

  HUGE SCAM! Will trick you into buying their expensive filters that do not work and then do not allow you to cancel the orders. Tried to immediately cancel the order they said it was their policy they cannot modify your once placed. Total scam. Horrible company!
