    I purchased 2 pair of glasses from ClickShades (Order No. 19745). I received my order on December 2023 and there was only 1 pair in the box. I haves emailed and called this company everyday and have had not received a response.

    On February 16th an amount of 118 for a pair of Eddie Bower glasses EB 32002 that were supposed to be delivered upon purchase there was confirmation of the order with no order # and there was no email confirmation sent to the email provided. I will send screenshots of what I have.

    I ordered a pair of glasses frames for my 3-year old on October 13th, 2022 and paid extra for expedited shipping. I noticed it was odd that they did not send me any kind of order confirmation despite the fact I provided my e-mail address. They have charged my account but have not confirmed the order or shipping. I have called the phone number they provided over 10 times during their stated business hours and no one picks up. I also e-mailed them 2 days ago with no response. Their "suite" address they provide is misleading as it is a UPS store in California. At this point I just want a refund of the amount.

    I purchased some frames from this company. They promised to provide a receipt and acknowledge my order. The only thing they have done is charge my debit card and have been completely unreachable by phone and email. I am seeking to challenge the charges on my card. Way too many red flags to be a legit company.
