I am filing a formal complaint against Concentrix and ********** as joint employers, for unethical conduct, retaliation, and failure to uphold their stated workplace policies. While employed through Concentrix on the Apple project, I endured racial harassment by customers, which I reported multiple times. Instead of receiving protection, I was subjected to disciplinary action and retaliationviolating both federal law and internal policy. ***** and Concentrix claim to support a respectful workplace, but in practice, they punished employees who resisted abuse rather than addressing the abusers. After raising concerns, my company-issued device was remotely wiped without warningan act that erased evidence and created fear. I was also pressured to sign a broad nondisclosure agreement under threat of discipline, restricting my ability to speak out. These actions conflict with **** 7, which protects workers rights to discuss workplace conditions, and may obstruct rights under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, which prohibits retaliation for reporting discrimination.Additionally, the companies enforce policies selectively, punishing some employees while excusing others for similar behavior. This inconsistency demonstrates bad faith and undermines trust.I request that the Better Business Bureau review this matter and hold both companies accountable for misleading employment practices and failure to protect workers. Mediation or further oversight is needed to ensure ethical standards are upheld and prevent further harm to others.Sincerely,******** D. ********

I was invited by ******* ******, a recruiter, to join onboarding where I would have the opportunity to verbally accept the offer for a new project w/ the company. This meeting would also tell me more about the company and the benefits which would also help me decide if I want to accept the offer or not. ******* was also hosting the verbal acceptance meeting. In this meeting she talked about all of the perks that came w/ the company. One of the perks was the referral bonus. She verbally expressed that recently the referral bonus changed from $100.00 per referral to $****** per referral when that subject came up in her presentation. For that reason, I decided to verbally accept the offer. Once I started I referred several people. 1 stayed long enough for me to collect $******. When that check came, I only received $100.00. I contacted the necessary people, **** **** and ****** ******, per ****** and peoplesource's instructions and advised that they owed me $400.00. I was told that the referral bonus is $100.00 and it never was $******. I explained that was not told to me and if I do not get what I was owed, I was going to BBB. Another check came and my check was still short $400.00. After doing some research on this company, there are several people that says that this company makes all kind of promises to get people on board and does not deliver when it is time. Ailiah eventually told me that she never heard of the ****** referral unless they were bilingual. THAT IS NOT WHAT WAS SAID IN THE MEETING. ******* said that the referral was $****** per referral not $****** per bilingual referral! Needless to say I am no longer w/ the company! They make empty promises that they do not intend to keep among other things that I will share w/ the appropriate party! My referral was also promised several things: 1) If his class finish training, they would get a $300.00 signing bonus. 2) Putting him and 20 others on another project. They reneged on BOTH. ************

This is a scam company who make empty promises that they do not intend on keeping to their workers! I am owed $400 for the referral that I gave them! If I am not paid that amount I do want my complaint to go on file visible to all to see. They have a habit of making empty promises to try and keep people to stay with their company! This company is very incompetent and does a lot of illegal things and people need to know about it! Pay up I am rejecting this response because:

    Sincerely,
