      Vehicle: ****** Camry, Black Incident Date: 04/18/2024 Towing Company: *************************** Towing Location: ************************************** I am writing to formally request your assistance in investigating what I believe to be an improper towing incident that occurred on April *******, at *************, located at ************************************************************************************************** vehicle, a black ****** Camry, was towed from the plazas parking lot near *************** during normal business hours. I am a regular customer of the restaurant and had parked there briefly in the afternoon. The signage on the property prohibits overnight parking,but makes no mention of restrictions during regular daytime business hours.Given the lack of proper notice and the context of my visit, I believe the tow was carried out without sufficient legal justification. I contacted the towing company, Morris and Sons Towing, shortly after the incident and submitted a formal dispute along with a copy of the invoice and signage. Unfortunately, I have received no response despite requesting a reply within five business days.I am now escalating this matter to your office in the hopes of initiating a review and determining whether the towing company and/or the property management violated any city ordinances or towing regulations. I have attached the photos of the signage and the towing invoice (Invoice #******)

      I am writing to dispute this company for wrongfully towing my vehicle. I parked my vehicle in my apartment parking lot, on February 15th, 2025, this towing company towed away my vehicle because of no visible permit. I had the permit on my dashboard, but somehow it fell off under the passenger seat. I was out of the country in the following days since it was a President's Day long weekend. I didn't notice my vehicle was gone until February 18th, 2025, after I came back from ******. I did not receive any information about my vehicle getting towed, however, they charged me 4 days of storage fee including the gate fee for releasing my vehicle outside of the normal business hours. I am requesting a full refund because I have the permit inside my vehicle. I am also requesting compensation for the damages caused during the towing process. I have attached the photos of the damages that I took when my vehicle was released.

      I was visiting my friend in **************** apartment and using the guest parking. I do register parking spot when they towed my car, they refuse to give car to me and they change their towing time to try to steal from me. They also dont want to give a proof what time my car been towed

      Hello on June 28th i was parked at the mall in handicap, my handicap sticker was in my vehicle they told me it was not visible and it was i am a disabled veteran who has one leg and one arm i come back to my vehicle and my car is towed so im going around everywhere looking for my vehicle then i found out where it was. I had to Uber to the tow truck place they tell me i have to pay ************************************************************************************************************* the mirror but acknowledged they saw it and they made a mistake by not taking a picture of it so the guy said you just have to pay ***** for the release fee. Then went back on his word and said i have to *********************************************************************************************************************************** and i was scared for my life.

      DECEMBER 3,2023 amount payed $450 Invoice number: ***** My vehicle was towed even though my parking tag was in the vehicle and my bumper( pop off, lift out) My windshield was replaced and my parking tag was in the vehicle. I wasn't parked in anyone's parking space. I have never had an issue with my parking and I would like a refund for wrongful towing my vehicle and damage. It's December that $450 is for my kids christmas present. Please help me. Video are to large to upload I could submit them another way via email.

      I am filing this complain on behalf of me and my roommate who had our cats illegally towed from our gated community last night May 22nd at around 11:30-12pm. We are new residents to this apartment complex and the leasing office is closed and has been unable to find us numbered parking spots so we have been forced to park in the guest parking. Me and my roommate just got home from getting food and we found the tow truck driver towing our trucks even though they had just been parked for about 10 minutes. We told him mid attaching the cars to let them go and we can move the cars but the driver ignored us and took both our vehicles to a tow truck place that is more than 10 miles away from our home which is illegal. He also did not wait the legal one hour time period as we just got home and our cars were immediately towed. He also did not get authorized to tow our trucks from our property and he did not contact them stating he was towing our vehicles. We had to drive 15 miles away in our friends car at 1 am to the same tow truck driver at the lot who charged us each $425 to get our vehicles back. Every action they took was against california towing laws and caused me and my roommates an immense amount of stress in the middle of the night on a weekday. We are seeking full money back and additional compensation for how they illegally towed our cars right in our faces without talking to us and caused us an extreme amount of stress and using additional resources at night to retrieve our cars.

      Hello I am a single parent and was parked in front of my house for 7 minutes taking an oversized object into my house. They at that time I was taking the item in towed my vehicle. I even saw them as they were leaving and chased after them and they went faster. I called my corporate office, they are told they have to take a picture with timestamp at the time the vehicles is parked not ok. Then take one 15 minutes later if is in the same place again. They can't provide me those photos. I filed a complaint with the company to get my money back. And they refused again. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
