    I asked to see a pre-certification inspection report for a CPO vehicle I was interested in buying. I was sent what looked like a generic report with all the meets standard boxes checked except for one, but there was no information identifying the vehicle in the report. When I inquired about this, I was told the info was on another page and he would send it to me the next day. At this point, I was skeptical, but still giving the benefit of the doubt. The next day, I was told the vehicle had sold the previous day, which seemed odd but possible. Days go by, I still see the vehicle listed. So, I inquired if the vehicle was still available. The same guy responds and says its available. Im definitely not shopping there. They missed a sale.

    They will sell you service items to you that you do not need. Cites safety concerns and exaggerate how bad it will be for your car if you don't. Pushed a $1k service package for a $90 oil change. Crooks.

    My initial experience with purchasing my car from them was positive, however I also purchased a service agreement at the time that I was unable to use before I moved out of the area. Turns out the agreement was for this dealership only, so it's now of no value to me, which should be fine since I was told the agreement could be refunded in part if not used. Well, I started that process over 6 months ago and STILL haven't gotten them to process my request. I send frequent emails that never get returned, I make phone calls but no one answers or returns my messages. They've clearly decided to ghost me so they don't have to refund the money. It's terrible business practice and completely dishonest and they should be ashamed. Avoid this dealership if you can (there's plenty of other places to buy your Mazda).

    I feel regret sharing my email address with this dealer ship. I tried to unsubscribe through their emails, I talked with the salesperson that I am out of the market. However, I still receive emails every 2-3 days which is so annoying. They just cannot respect what people told them.
