    This company should be shut down, it is the biggest rip off ever. Customer service is great when you call to schedule a move across country but that is where it ends. The price quoted is not what you will pay when the actual movers show up (first movers canceled the day after they were to show up). I repeatedly asked the stuff would be loaded on the truck and not taken off until it reached it destination. I was told that was correct. When the movers came only one spoke English. I never got an arrival date for my belongings. The number they told me to call never answered. Once I got a call from a person and said my stuff should be there in a week, well some of it had arrived the week prior with no notice. So I thought it would be my remaining items: bed, dresser mirror, patio chairs and missing boxes. Then I never seen or heard from anyone since. I don't understand how you can loose such big items. The insurance company offered me less than $500.

    I moved from ********** to ************** with very little personal possessions. The ******** lost my moms hope just in my brand new rocker recliner. I never heard anything from ***** ever. My mothers help just is the only thing I have left of her and now thats gone and they knew it was a brand new rocker recliner. I should never have contacted the sleazy outfit. The most Im going to get out of the loss is $50. Im disgusted with these people I hope they burn in h***
