After reading some of the numerous good reviews on the shop I decided to give them a try. January of 2020 I took my F-250 V10 in to have the spark plugs *********** F-250 is not my daily driver I mainly use it for pulling my camper. On my last camping trip in May 2021, the check engine light came on and eventually it begins flashing. Now I was having trouble with acceleration and when I came to a stoplight it would sometimes stall on me. I eventually made it to my destination. On my return trip home I wasn't sure if I was going to make it home or not but luckily I did.I hooked up my engine fault code reader to see what was going on and it was showing that cylinder number 3 and cylinder number 10 misfire detected. I was thinking that it could not be the spark plugs failing I just had them replaced about 3,800 miles ago. So I took my F-250 into a different auto repair shop, the one I took it to have my transmission fluid and transfer case fluids replaced before my last camping trip in May. They found 5 of the 10 spark plugs were loose and 2 of those were number 3 and 10 and they were missing their ground strap and electrodes. They recommended replacing all 10 plugs with ** plugs and I told them to do it. The cost for doing this service was $591. About $105 less than I paid ********************** last year. And a better warranty on their work too. 12 months or 12,000 miles versus **********************'s 90 days or 4000 miles.Go someplace else."
