              The date of the transaction was 1/12/2023. During my visit with South Bay OBGYN Medical Group, I spoke with my doctor *************************** about participating in the ********** Prenatal Screening program. She provided me a referral to Labcorp, where I was to have my blood withdrawn. Eight months later I receive a bill from Labcorp for $842.75. The doctor's ****** miscoded my labwork and requested a portion to go through the ********** Prenatal Screening program and a portion to be performed by Labcorp. I've reached out to the ****** to ask for assistance, and have been given no details as to why the labwork was not coded correctly. Per my conversation with my doctor that day and each visit beforehand, I had not requested additional testing, I was not considered a high risk pregnancy.
