    I have had multiple issues with this company, they take forever to get good customer service (even with a supervisor). You call them out on what they do wrong and everything is you're fault. They take forever to process a refund. I will not be subscribing to this company anymore once I know for sure my refund is processed. Their directions are all over the place, once you do follow their direction, you're wrong again. For a *********** base, I am very disappointed.

    Hi ****, we apologize for the frustration with your delivery! We are required by law to make sure someone 21 years or older signed for the package at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, ***** only gives us a delivery window of 9am to 8pm. As previously stated in emails from customer service, we are not able to request a specific time for delivery but you do have the option to set up an account with ***** delivery manager to request a morning delivery. We can confirm you spoke with a supervisor and have requested the order be returned instead. Once the package is on it's way back we can refund you in full. You should be receiving a refund confirmation shortly!

    Firstleaf Wine Club has exceeded all my expectations in a wine club. The wines are the best wines Ive ever had. Their process for learning my wine tastes and preferences are second to none. **************** is incredible with their response to any questions Ive had. This is a first class business with undoubtedly brilliant ownership.

    I am quite displeased with Firstleaf. I had joined, enjoyed my first order, but decided I did not want to continue so I cancelled my membership. Unfortunately, it appears that is you don't ALSO cancel your next order, they are going to ship it out anyway. This would be more understandable if they made any indication, whatsoever, that my order needed additional cancelling.

If an order has already been placed before the subscription is canceled it will not be stopped unless you specifically request it. Once the account is closed we do not process and ship any additional orders.     Excellent customer service, especially with the (free) wine concierge to help customize the order. And if there's a wine you don't like within a month of the order, they give you a full credit.

    We have bee getting wine from Firstleaf for about 5 years! Such a great way to try wines- their algorithm makes a choice based on your ratings each time you order and by now, we are almost always getting bottles we like. If you dont like something, they refund your money. Weve only done that twice and they graciously refunded us. I also like there is wine concierge who will help with orders- change the timing or wines! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this company!

    I have been ordering from First Leaf for over a year and *************************** (Wine Concierge) has been awesome in assisting me to fine tune my wine orders. The algorithm takes awhile to learn ones' specific preferences but gets better over time. First Leaf stands by their guarantee to credit you for any wines you are not completely satisfied with.

    My special helper on Firstleaf is ***** She does an amazing job, helping me select the wines that I would enjoy. Firstleaf service is always top-notch. And the wines are delicious. You owe it to yourself to give it a try!

    I have been a Firstleaf Wine Club member for three years and have been repeatedly impressed by the quality and value of the wines, the ability to personalize my order, the the responsiveness of the service. My only criticism, which is minor, is that I wish their selections of champagnes and Italian wines were more extensive. I'm very happy with this service and would highly recommend it.

    Wife cancelled multiple times, shipment still charged, refused to refund when I called (since my wife works) even though I had 100% of all account information, the bank name, charge amount, date of charge (yep my bank account too). Manager unavailable when I requested to speak to one. Miserable customer service. Was told they would contact us later when I told the representative to absolutely not call my wife while she is at work. Ill refuse delivery if the box shows up. I Guarantee my wife and I will cancel our subscription asap, 100% do not recommend.

    Dear BBB,

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this review. It is Firstleaf policy that we must speak with the account holder in order to make changes to their subscription, or they can cancel through the website with their email and password. We're always happy to help them cancel through email if that is easier for them. 


    We send a reminder email a few days before the order is shipped to give account holders time to reach out via email or phone if needed. Account privacy is a priority at Firstleaf and we take the utmost care in making sure only the account holder can make changes on the account. For members who would like to share an account we recommend adding both names to the account information. 


    We were able to speak with ********************* yesterday evening and can confirm that the order under **************** has been canceled and refunded in full as of 8/29/23.

    Their Satisfaction Guarantee program is unsatisfactory and wont honored, they also have poor customer support; after cancellation they sent me another shipment, I even received an email stating the shipment wont happen, in top of that the shipment had the wrong items. Putting all that aside their satisfaction guaranteed says if you are not satisfied with your wine, they will credit you in their store; their customer supports said that I had no options, just to keep the wine, no returns, no exchanges and no store credit are granted for delivered packages. This complaint is not about the barely $100 for 6 bottles of wine, but about the principle and business model. Thank you.
