              Sketcher guarantees their shoes for 2 years.I bought them for my kids for years. In October 2022 I bought 2 pairs at *******************, one for my son and one for my daughter. March 1st 2023, the soles on my daughter's shoes were all but peeled back that is only five month (not close to a school year)! I contacted through email with Sketches and sent photos. They wrote back saying that the sole peeling is not a defect!I did call and the representative said the same thing offered 35% off.I want them to honor their guarentee and replacement my daughters shoes with same kind or most similar size 5.

              They sent me a used pair of walking g sandals that were defective also - the back eel strap was rough and rubbed my skin. I sent them back and they refused to refund my $60. They sent me a gift card gor $60 but I had already bought a pair off Amazon from another shie company. When I told them I wanted a refund they again refused, even when I told them I had no intention of ever doing business with SKETCHERS again. Steer clear of this fraudulent shoe company
