My name is *************************** I'm making a complaint against the professional renters corporation for ********************** that stays at ******************************************************* let me start by saying that this property management company has continued to Miss lead my grandmother by charging her a insurance policy that will never cover her the insurance policies that she's been paying for is a owner's insurance policy that has nothing to do with a renters policy that states in the renters agreements they continue to take money from her stating that she has coverage a recent days I say early January my grandmother's roof caved in in her room due to weather and rain it collapsed cuz of all the weight that it was sustaining at that time she thought she was being covered from her renters insurance when it caved in the venture company came they patched it up her belongings were damaged and removed they stated that they were going to cover her which they never did still to this day they haven't she's 75 years old and has been living at the same measures for 30 plus years she doesn't speak English so it's all she thinks is that what they're doing is the right thing until she's noticed that her bad her clothes and everything was not replaced besides the the structure itself only she noticed that the insurance company was only covering their owners building and not her property well I got a hold of the renters company they stated that she never had a renters policy only a owner's policy which they were continuing to have her pay for then the second person which is the manager stated that she never even had a policy and then the third person told me that that they were going to cover the problem even if she didn't have a policy and still haven't kept up the word please help me I'm fixing the situation and taking care of these people they continue to take money for my grandmother by month for a policy that she will never be covered for and for the exposure to mold
