    This software company charges a monthly fee for their services. However, MUTIPLE times the entire software has been down and unable to be used. Not just for a short period of time, but usually 3-5 days for the ENTIRE month in a row. I believe that they should be crediting their customers back for the hours and hours that the software is not able to be used because this happens multiple times a year. THe owner, ****, is a joke. She will not return any phone calls, or emails when a customer complains or requests a refund from her.

    We have been customers of this software for more than 5 years on a cloud system where all of our data is held on their server. Well, we have had MULTIPLE times in which the system goes down.. not just for an hour or a day but we are never under 3 days of downtime and usually closer to 5+ days. In December of 2021, everyone with this software was down for 6 1/2 days. That means NO access to any of our data, patient files, and no billing can be done. Then in April of 2022 we have now been down again for more than 4 days and these are not the only 2 instances. The issues are also that we are never given any update as to WHY we are all down or what is being done. The 1 support person that works there says always states he is "working on it". We have also called the owner, ****, emailed her and left messages for 6 months with NO return calls or response what-so-ever. If you are considering purchasing this software, just know that before you purchase. It WILL go down. You will have NO idea why and you will not get any answers but yet they will ALWAYS charge you the full monthly fee for their services. Very disappointing because there are so many other software programs out there, how can you treat clients and confidential patient information this way?
