Nellie’s Diamond Desserts was born on December 24th 2010. It was my mother's birthday.  I made some bundt cakes; lemon, chocolate,  and cherry. My family said, "Chanel you should sell these!" I declined. Hard on money, I decided to try selling them at work..it worked! Nellie’s Diamond Desserts was born. What sets the bar high for me is I learned to stay unique. All different unique flavors, packaging, and ability to be versatile and cater to gluten-free,  vegan, weight loss and sugar-free clients. I do a wide variety of Desserts and the packaging is very beautiful and boutique style. Diamonds are a coveted high quality stone. My Desserts are a coveted high quality unforgettable treat!
