  If you're considering working with Premier Pools and Spas, it's important to know that my experience with the company was very negative. Unfortunately, I found them to be highly unethical.I entered into a contract with the ****** ** franchise of Premier Pools and Spas in April 2013. Right from the start, I encountered a number of problems. There were management changes and different contractors, and the work was delayed multiple times. I was told that the pool would be completed in 2-3 months, but it wasn't finished until March 2014. The delays were due to poor management, contractor changes, and poor workmanship.After the pool was finally completed, I did a walkthrough and found numerous issues with the workmanship. The walls were warped and there were bad finishes, among other issues. Premier Pools and Spas parted ways with the ****** franchisee, ***************************. When I contacted *************************, Vice President of Operations at Premier Pools and Spas, he refused to take responsibility for the contract and told me to contact ******, but he didn't provide any contact information. He also suggested that I find another company to deal with the issues.I found out that if Premier Pools and Spa decides to part ways with a franchisee, they take no responsibility and your contract is null and void. So, it's important to be very careful before entering into a contract with Premier Pools and Spa!

  I originally went with this big name company just for the simple fact that they were a large company that would be able to get working on the pool asap. I had full confidence in the team and I was at first impressed that they were able to start so soon. Then not long after I realized I made a big mistake. Project dragged on 4 months past what I was originally told and 2 months past what the contract stated. The 3d images that we were given were very different than what the pool had featured in real life. When asked why wasn’t it the same as what I was shown they made sure to let me know that I technically didn’t have it in my contract so it was nothing they could do and that they were sorry for giving false information on the illustrations. They made up some false information stating I was getting a discount on some materials if I had pictures of the pool taken afterwards. No discount was applied nor did it say that anywhere on paper. The worst part was they damaged my property. Scraping the driveway pretty good and staining it. I was told nothing they could do about it again. Concrete scraps were left behind along with pvc and rebar all over my backyard. I asked them couldn’t they have it picked up they said yes but never removed it. Dried scraps of material and wood were left now I’m spending my own money and time trying to get it cleaned up so my kids don’t on inside sliced up. Extremely messy craftsmanship, I have chipped coping and one coping that has a crack down the middle. I’ll be posting pictures of everything on yelp this is just unbelievable and they really could care less. I definitely should have took my 90k elsewhere. Extremely upset but not much you can do when a company doesn’t care and it starts from the top down. Their entire culture is screw it and move on.

  Nightmare, getting pictures and videos ready to post online. As we prepare for our second court date, it is extremely disappointing that Premier Pools and Spas keep fighting the fact that they built a pool that is the wrong size (22% too small), won't pass code, Unlicensed workers, leaks, and so many other issues. Signing with a large franchise is trouble; they have the means to fight the most obvious mistakes and errors, leaving you in the lurch.

  Premier Pools and Spa is a horrible pool building co.apny. From the architectural design, to project management to quality they are poor. Will require a legal matters to get issued resolved.
