    ********. I had an appointment today for a technician to come out to my house from 2pm-4pm. Confirmed the appointment in text message (I have proof of everything). The day of the appointment I was told a technician will send me a text when they were in route. It is 3:18pm and no text. I was told they close at 4pm. That is why I sent the text. I wasnt receiving an answer. This is the same number I texted with ****** regarding my situation. I called at 4pm since no technician was arriving. ****** answered and told me she will look into it. 20 minutes later I call and no answer. I text letting her know I am calling and no reply. I begin to call non-stop and no one is answering me. I took time off of work today to be here because they couldnt be here after 2pm. I take time off of work and this is what they do to me. By the way, they did work last year here at my house but there is a leakage coming from the work THEY did and this is the reason why I needed someone to come check it out. Water was leaking through the vent in my restroom and this is how we found out. My husband went in the attic and realized it was coming from their work. He left a bowl where the leakage is to help with it spreading until someone came out. Obviously we dont want to touch anything since it is something they did and want them to look into it. NO ONE IS ANSWERING ME. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! This is how they do business!???
