      Gardner Plumbing came over for a water heater and kitchen faucet replacement. In addition, I had a recall for a shower stoppage which would have been 10 minutes at the most to take care of. However, the technician's supervisor (name is Palo) would not allow him to do it.I spoke to Palo on the phone to notify him of the quick recall resolution. He said his technician had to leave. I explained to Palo that my appt. was rescheduled once already and they would need to come over a third time for the recall if doesn't get done today. Palo had poor communication skills. Poalo became argumentative over the phone and was rude. He clearly did not use common sense, was not properly trained as a supervisor, and did not put the customer at the center of organizational decision-making (customer-centric approach). Then he said his technician, that was currently at my house, was not trained to clear a shower stoppage. He didn't know that same technician cleared it the first time last week (wow). They are sending untrained technicians to do work is what I got out of it.This company has been to my house three times times now for the same issues with extended stays. They are not considerate of the fact that I pushed things aside to make time for them. Even though their website clearly states: "Respect for Clients Time. We understand how busy your life is. We also understand that your time is valuable". ***** didn't get the message or doesn't understand his company's mission and ********* sum, Palo desperately needs supervision training and active listening training. I don't understand why one person would make a company look bad due to their demeanor. I will send this complaint to the company's social media accounts, ********************, and American Home Shield who assigned this company to me. This is an effort to make others aware, who value their time, to think twice about using Gardner Plumbing. I will not use this unprofessional company again!
