    Fair returns are impossible Ordered a dress, paid for expedited shipping which was fine, the dress arrived in the timeframe expected. As soon as the package was opened, it smelled as if the dress was stored somewhere damp and fishy. The color Blush was ordered, as shown in the website photo- the color was definitely a light salmon, almost peach color. The rhinestone belt looked cheap and plastic, very different from the website photo. The size was too large, even though the size ordered should've been a great fit based on the size chart. Returning a dress? Forget it. After multiple emails back and forth, a full refund for the cost of the dress ($165) is impossible. First they offer $25 and for me to keep it. After I refused, $50 was offered again for me to keep the dress. I refused again, they offered $65.This is their email reply: "So we cannot provide you with a full refund, we can only refund 70% of the price of the dress and you must pay for the shipping cost when returning it. We understand your feeling. If you insist on returning the dress, we need to deduct some material fee, that is, we will refund 70% after receiving the dress. That's because all our dresses are made according to the order information after payment. We will not sell the returned dresses again, but return them to the warehouse for destruction. It's cruel to these beautiful dresses. Or we are willing to apply for a compensation refund of $70 for you, which we hope you can consider. If you insist on a return and agree to a 70% refund, we will send you the return address."Why would they need to destruct a returned dress?!? Never ordering from here again and I recommend that you do not support this business.

    Ordered a dress and have been messaging with customer service, (who only replies once daily) for a week to try to return it due to it not being what was expected from the picture. They change their terms every message and refuse to provide a return address. Incredibly frustrating.

    If I could give them a 0 I would. Ordered a dress, it arrived later than usual and did not fit. Started the return process, and was going back and forth for over 2 weeks trying to get a refund. They first offered $15 then said the most they could refund was 40% value of the dress cause it was custom made. Even though I ordered one of the sizes they have. It was no special measurements. Buyer beware

    The dress didn't look as described. My daughter's prom was coming close so we held the dress just in case she didn't find one. She found one and i started the return process 15 days after receiving the dress. They will not accept the return. BE CAREFUL the dress don't look like or fit like the pictures and return policy is horrible.

    This company is a scam. I ordered a prom dress for my daughter and it didn't arrive until a week after the expected delivery date. When I tried to return the dress (unopened with tags and UNTOUCHED), they try to negotiate back and forth with you claiming you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Then they offer you a measly $25 credit. DO NOT deal with this company. I am disputing the charge on my credit card.

    I ordered two dresses for my daughter for prom due to the fact that sometimes dresses either run too small or too big. They stated that the dress would arrive between April 27 and May 6. The dress arrived on May 2. I reply to them on the 14th letting them know that we do not need the other dress and as a result, they try to give me a 15% credit I didnt ask for that. I wanted to have a refund. I told them there was one thing on the 14 day line. And they were trying to use time as opposed to days of a restriction. after multiple emails and failed attempts, they then tried to offer me only a $10 and telling me to keep the dress I would never recommend the service for anyone to go online to purchase. They are a complete rip off. They started offering me discounted returns and said I could keep the dresses and sell them to get some of my money back. I repeated told them that I would not accept their multiple offers. After many (10+) emails back and forth I told them I would be disputing the charge with my credit card with a complaint of service and report them here. The customer service (not fluent in English) and their lack of follow through on their printed policy is absolutely TERRIBLE.I would never suggest to anyone that their items are worth it.

    My teen daughter ordered 2 similar but different (not custom) prom dresses which took several weeks to arrive even though she was charged $56 for shipping. I have been emailing back and forth, with customer service, for a week now and still have no satisfaction. Both dresses were EXACTLY THE SAME except for the *** number on the tag, and one of the dresses had messed up gathered fabric/stitching on the hem.I sent them pictures and at first they offered me $40 to keep the extra dress and suggested I try to resell it. I refused and they upped it to $55 while insisting I will pay way too much to send it back. They also stated there is a restocking fee and the refunds are only 70% of retail plus customer pays return shipping. I finally told them I would accept $100 or a full refund-with-return only and they responded with $70 (not percent) is the most they can refund because the tailor spent so much time making such a beautiful gown. What tailor? Are these dresses made to order? It was a standard size and a little jacked up. This is unreal to me, I encouraged my daughter to choose her own gown and retailer because she insisted on paying for it herself with her new job money and this is just messed up.They get one star only because she did wear one of the gowns to prom although it wasn't very comfortable, the material in the corset style dress was bending and poking her and the top felt as if it was slipping down all night. She had to ask a teacher to tighten the back and retie it and was so embarrassed.These dresses are decent for pictures but both dresses together weigh less than 5 pounds and did not warrant over 50 bucks for shipping. The fabric quality is mid at best and I would not recommend ordering from here if you're looking for perfection, a possible return, comfort, fast-shipping, or excellent customer service.

    I ordered my dress on April 25, It is now May 6 and my dress is not in the **, they said that they THINK that my dress will arrive for my prom, which is May 22, but thats not a definite answer. When I orded the dress it said 48 hour shipping and that I would receive my dress May 3- May 12, and my dress might not even be here in time for that

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a dress and when it arrived it did not fit. I immediately ordered the same dress in a bigger size and started to return the dress that did not fit. Each time I contacted them they stated they would only give me a portion of the return. I sent them pictures showing that the size they state for the dress and the size of the actual dress is not correct. They did not accept that reason. They did say how ever they would refund me but I would have to pay for shipping to *****!! I will never be shopping here ever again

    I ordered two standard sized dresses thinking I could return them if I was not satisfied. Their return policy states returns are easy, however, it also states they will only accept returns if the products have defects. Neither dress was comfortable due to the stiff stays in the dresses. I contacted them the same day I received them. They offered me $40 to keep the dresses suggesting I can resell them. After several emails (they usually respond in the middle of the night), they continued to give me reasons why I should not and could not return them. With each email, they offered different amounts of compensation for me to me to keep the dresses. I insisted I wanted to return them for a complete refund. No luck with that. I told them I would report them to the BBB. They upped the offer to $145. They obviously do NOT have a return policy. I told them they had a lousy business plan and I was unhappy with them since (if they actually send me the $145) I will have spent over $200 on my mistake for using their company. Awful experience.
