    I purchased a laser hair removal package in November 2020. After that treatment was almost completed, I then purchased another package deal for my legs in October 2021. The machine broke ******* my treatment and they could no longer complete my services. After several attempts of trying to get my money back for a service that they could no longer perform, I never received any phone calls, emails or messages back about this matter. After waiting almost 2 years, I was able to start my legs again. Now with a new provider, she left me with ***** on my upper legs. When I called to let them know and ask how to treat it they didnt give me much guidance. By my next service, I had a different provider who is an RN. I had several treatments with her. I then had another new RN do my last few treatments. My last treatment she burned me pretty bad and I developed blisters. Again I tried getting medical attention for that and didnt get much help. After the weekend I thought I would get a call on Monday. Nothing. I emailed them over the weekend letting them know I have blisters and was concerned. I emailed them again on Tuesday and finally got a call from upper management who scheduled me a wound check that day. They werent much help and told to to purchase eucerin cream and told me they could do a bleaching treatment in the future for the scares. I now have been burned two times by two different professionals. I have since learned that this business has not been able to obtain certain licensing. They should not be able to do treatments like this without a license. I do not feel comfortable getting any further treatments done with them. I am looking for a full refund on my services based on delays on service, time spent trying to communicate with them and poor outcome of the treatment that resulted in server ***** and blisters on both legs.
