    Told us we where approved we moved out are place, the they said they can't give us place, now I'm homeless

    You were told a verbal approval of your application during the weekend by someone who does not have the authority to approve anyone who is applying for a vacant unit. In addition, we hadnt remotely gone yet to the second step of our approval process, which is our staff verifying, via paystubs, your stated income, and contacting your references, which is the next step we always take when a credit score of an applicant meets our minimum credit score requirements. On Monday morning, within 36 hours of that mistaken verbal approval you were given, the individuals in our company who review every application reviewed your application, and unfortunately, you had a credit score below our minimum acceptable levels. To compound that, the other individual on your application also had a credit score lower than our minimum acceptable levels. You were informed of both denials on that Monday. Also, you had informed us that the place you were living in had been sold and you were given a short period of time to move, and that you were planning to move into a hotel. Clearly, you were not homeless at the time that our company responded to your application for a vacant unit. We did not cause the credit scores of both you and your co-applicant to be below our minimum credit score requirements, and we did not in fact do anything that caused you to eventually be homeless."     ************************* is holding our cleaning deposit and half a months prorated rent since May 13, 2022 when we moved out!!!!
