      SCAM WARNING !!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CARDS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Gyft is a complete SCAM!!! I bought a gift card online and when I pressed enter I received an immediate response telling me that the order was declined for unspecified "security reasons". So I assumed I entered the information in wrong do I entered the info again. I then received an email stating that I would not be charged and my funds would be refunded in 7 business days so I immediately checked my bank account to find a Pending Transaction that my bank told me I would not be able to stop until the charges went through. I then called Gyft and when I was explaining the issue to an obviously Indian representative, he hung up on me!!! I called back a second time and the lady that then answered (sounded Russian) put me on hold and never returned. Buyer beware!! GYFT IS A SCAM!!!!

      I was given a $20 Gyft Card by ************ for completing a survey sharing my perspective. I have tried to use it several way based on their description on how to redeem. None have worked. The Gyft Card it does not expire. I am sure ************ would be upset. Just trying to use the $20 Gyft Card.

      on January 5th I used $200 Gyft funds to purchase a White ***** Black Market (WHBM) Gift card from Gyft Later that same day I attempted to make purchase from WHBM using the gift card I purchased, when during checkout I entered the gift card details and received an error that the gift card was not valid.- I tried two more times to make my purchases with the gift card, each time I got the error - i validated my card numbers and pin was entered correctly - I then went to Gyft website to review my order details, and find support , every support link on their page redirects you to a broken URL ( Page not found) - they make it VERY difficult to reach them for support and their website says to call the merchant for the card you purchased - I called the merchant to see fi they could help, they told me "The card is invalid and we Do Not Honor cards purchased from 3rd partys" and to call the vendor I purchased it from - Jan 5th I tracked down an email Address for Gyft. **************** & explained the problem, the support rep said call the merchant , check your numbers, etc. I explained the merchant couldnt help, that the numbers were right and further explained that the merchant **** said the card was not active and they wouldnt honor cards purchased from a 3rd party, because they had no agreement with ****. From Jan 5 - Jan 10 I have been exchanging emails back and forth with various support reps at Gyft.com each time they send me a canned response, that my card is active and to check my card numbers, verify I am purchasing approved items, They send me instructions for How to Redeem your card - rather then addressing the problem reported.In multiple emails that I have sent I have asked them to refund the $200 back to my Gyft wallet and they have ignored me. For 6 days now I have emailed back and forth with no resolution, they have $200 for a gift card that was purchased from them and the card is not being accepted by the merchant. I need a resolution Support ticket ID # ****** Order Number #********

      12/19/2019 - friends purchased a $120 gift card via Clover - now Gyft - for "********************** in ***********.*COVID shutdown*4/28/2021 - attempt to redeem gift card at **********, who refused to honor it.11/10/2021 - filed complaint with Gyft 11-12/2021 - several e-mails back-and-forth with Gyft, "resolution" that "restaurant will contact you"No contact has been made, **** refused to follow up, request full refund of $120 for fraudulent gift card sale.Attachments:-Original purchase e-mail -Documentation of interaction with Gyft customer "support"

      I have a $100 credit for gift cards at gyft.com. I have been trying to login to the system and it continues to tell me to reset my password. After I reset my password, I try to login again and it tells me the same thing. This process is repeated and it wont let me login. So I tried to login through their app and its telling me to contact customer service. Ive contacted their customer service several times. The first time I got the email stating check my browser, etc and it should be fine. Ive checked everything they mentioned and its not an issue. So I made another account just to see if I could login and I can! So they are just keeping me locked out of my primary account so I cannot access my gift cards. The only contact information they provide is to email [email protected]. Ive since emailed after checking all settings on my end and they have ignored every email Ive sent. They owe me either gift cards or a refund. Please help.

      Since the transaction did not go through successfully, you should see any pending charged drop off within 5 -10 business days. If they do not, please contact your financial institution.

      On the day of 6:10/2022 I purchased a **** electronic **** gift card from the gyft app for the amount of $20 in approximately 2:43 p.m. and they stated that the electronic **** gift card would be sent to me by my email address well today is 6:11/2022 and I still have not received the **** electronic **** gift card I waited the 24-hour period before calling customer service when I did call they told me they couldn't do anything for me because they were Messengers between the Middle they were the middle man between the buyer and seller and all they could do is relay messages and as of today my situation with this has not been resolved as of yet sincerely c h i l i q u e *******

      On this date 6/10/2022 I made a purchase to gyft at for an **** electronic **** card for the amount of $20 in the time was approximately 2:43 p.m. after purchase was paid for I got a confirmation say the purchase was pending and was informed that the gift card would be sent within an hour well today's date is 6:11/2022 and I still haven't received the gift card after the 24-hour has passed I contacted g y f t's customer care service and was told they couldn't do nothing for me because they were Messengers between the seller and buyer and they couldn't give me any information about my purchase the item number to this purchase is (********) and as of today I still haven't heard anything or received my purchase sincerely, c h i l i q u e *******

      On 6/10/2022 I made a purchase with the gyft app for and **** gift card for the amount of $20 and stated that the electronic **** gift card would be sent to my email address within an hour the time of purchase was 2:43 pm. Today is 6:11/2022 and 24 hours later I still have not received the electronic **** gift card and it hasn't been sent to my email address. I called gyft's customer care service and was told that they couldn't do nothing for me because they were the middle man between the seller and the buyer and they couldn't provide me with any additional information on the status of my purchase. My purchase number is (********)) and as of now I still haven't received my purchase or my money hasn't been refunded to my account I would like the refund or the **** gift card that I purchased purchased
