    It states to be shipped 7-9 business days It is now going on 10 business days and its status says it has not even been shipped and stuck at customs even though it says it is a us company Something doesnt seem right about this company I am asking for a refund Bad business policies and not truthful

    Deceptive advertising. Cooling bed is merely a matter of with a pillow. It is not of interest to my Corgi. Its not as cool as they advertise either. They have very deceptive advertising and low quality products at a very high price. Im writing this so the next guy doesnt waste their time. If you want to return it you cant use it. So how do you know if your dog likes it if you cant use it. The package was tight plastic. I dont have the original packaging either. Now you pay for shipping and they will charge $7.99 to restock. Well folks the items didnt cost much more than $7.99 to make. They are using deceptive ads to seek overpriced items for pets. Shame on you.

    Got my XL cooling bed today, quality is terrible, flimsy, cheap not as pictured on their site. The size is not very large for XL dogs. Shipping was horrible with no tracking information as far as a tracking number, it was their tracking and did not tell you where it was at any given time. Found out it came from outside the ** and had to go through customs. No contact info. as far as phone number or in the states or even outside the states address. Wondering how they get all these great reviews, extremely disappointing. Do not waste your money as it looks like you are stuck with it. Not worth the money. Look elsewhere for a cooling mat. I was duped.

    After several months of trying to get a refund, Pelsbarn still has not walked the talk. A tracking number was sent per the request of this greedy organization. It was sent, along with a photo of the receipt. Still no refund. The last email received stated an apology for the inconvenience, a frequent phrase in each email, and have requested a link to the tracking number. This company deserves its F rating. Cheating a customer out of a refund after receiving the returned product to their given location, along with a provided receipt from the ****, showing that it had been returned. I had to pay $28.40 in shipping for a product that did not meet my needs. As instructed, I met every request given in multiple emails. This company should be investigated for fraud and theft.

    Warning to potential customers! Please do your research about ********************** before you make any purchases. This unfortunately is my first review (negative or otherwise) to help others from making the same mistake. We ordered the cooling mats and beds. Although we paid extra for quicker shipping 5-10 business days- as soon as the order was made we got an automatic reply- shipping delays. We immediately contacted Pelsbarn to stop the shipping and refund payment. We left voicemail as well as filling out customer support form and email. We never heard back. A week later the online tracking said it the package was still being prepared for shipment. We tried contacting again with no answer. One month later and we still have not received the packages. We are taking legal actions against Pelsbarn for false advertising. There is no transparency where their donations go and the lack of customer support is horrible. If you look at other reports or type in Pelsbarn Scam there are plenty of upset customers. I wish I did my homework and read reviews before purchasing. We still have yet to receive our funds back. Good luck, and do your homework.

    **************** was horrible! They promised to exchange a dog bed that was shipped in the wrong color and then proceeded to go back and forth for 5 months without resolution. They would agree to replace it and then, after about six rounds of emails back and forth would say they could not replace it. I finally submitted a complaint to my credit card company and they were able to force pals Barn to issue me a refund. The color that they shipped did not look anything like the color on the website.

    My rescue dog would treble when storms rolled in. Now? He ******* into this bed like it's a bunker. The first night my dog slept through fireworks, I cried. Washable cover = mud paws lifesaver. 10/10.

    To be honest I as a bit skeptical but the company over delivered. Yes there was a delay but they communicated it. My baby loves it and that is what matters. Wish I bought it sooner.

    Should be a ZERO for "customer service". Nothing but dead ends when trying to return a product. I'd had satisfactory success with another product but when I tried to return one ( "easy returns", my backside) it was next to impossible. I was so irritated and frustrated but did not give up. I finally had to dispute the credit card charge.

    Used to despise having to take my slobbery mastiff on outings. This waterproof car bed saved my seats AND my sanity. He sleeps now rather than pacing. Thank youuuu!
