    I purchased items in November as Christmas gifts. I was never received. I requested money back and the refused to refund money after several request after Christmas I cancel order. Company tried to send a packaged that appeared to be misleading which I refused in December and ******* returned so call company in *******. I then received a package that I also refused because of the months of not sending items.

    Purchased zip up hoodie from company on 26 Jan 2025. Buisness stated it will take 3-5 days process then you will receive shipment details. Shipment delivery ***** days. I have reached out numerous times for shipment details. Their reply as always" thanks for ordering eith us, your order is being processed, please allow 3-5 days for processing and... as stated above. Site has no phone to call. I want my money back they they have already charged me. $58.94.

    They lie about there shipping time Take weeks to respond Trying to return a hoodie but there refusing to respond. Ive seen this review from multiple people they only respond after the month is up so they say you can no longer return the item.

    I ordered a sweatshirt for my son for Christmas. I never got an order number or an email confirmation. It finally showed up and was nothing like described. I was in touch with their costumer service. They answered me twice and asked for pictures. I sent the pictures and have no response in 3 weeks. I have made at least 4 additional attempts at contacting them and nothing.

    On December 15, 2024, I purchased a sweatshirt, from My 3D Hoodie for $45.49. They stated, that they would deliver the sweatshirt to me, by December 27, 2024. I have still not received my sweatshirt, nor have I received any communication, from them with any explanation. When I checked the location of my item, on their website earlier this week, it said, that it was in ********. When I checked the location of my item, today, their website states, that my item has not shipped. I have sent then three emails one on January 5, 2025, one on January 6, 2025, and one on January 14, 2025 inquiring, about this matter, and I have yet, to receive a response.

    My mom ordered my daughter a sweatshirt for Christmas and it was too big. The company does not offer a smaller size and I've been trying to get the product returned. I emailed the company on the 26th of December about the return. I finally got a person to respond to me on Jan 6th, when they asked me to send pictures. I sent them pictures that same day, showing that the sweatshirt was rather large, and again requesting a return label. I've yet to hear anything back from the company. They have a return policy and my request is within the guidelines, but my 30 days to return the item is running out.

    I placed a order on December 10 or 11th 2024. I still haven't received my order. Ive written at least 5 times and still haven't received a response. This is very aggravating. I just want the Christmas gift i ordered

    I purchased 2 sweatshirts from the company. They were too large. "We wanted to inform you that while our headquarters are located in the **/**, we have recently relocated our shipping warehouse and returns department to our office in *****. We understand that this change may result in higher shipping costs for returns, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused." When I looked at the cost of shipping it was nearly $100. I was charged only $8.99 for shipping on my initial order. I feel like this is a practice solely to eliminate consumers being able to return items. The website only states:"To start a return, you can contact us at **************************** If your return is accepted, well send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted."I would like help in getting my money back.
