    My experience with this provider was extremely disappointing and concerning for anyone seeking a thorough, fair, and neurodivergence-informed psychological evaluation.I waited months for this evaluation, encouraged by two ADHD-specialized therapists and an ADHD-focused life coach who all recommended formal testing to help reach a diagnosis and pursue appropriate treatment options, including medication. I was initially told that collateral input would be collected as part of the process. I prepared for this step, only to have it completely ignored. No one followed up to gather outside perspectives, even though it was clearly stated this would occur.When I reached out to express my concerns after receiving ** ***** evaluation, she didnt respond directly. Instead, her receptionist called and spoke on her behalf. I was told to get a second opinion and informed that Dr. ***** would not be following up. This response felt unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking in any genuine concern for resolving the issue.Throughout the report, key clinical findings that supported ADHD were disregarded. Rather than considering the full picture, including long-standing symptoms, childhood history, functional impairments, and current challenges, the provider dismissed those results and gave a sole diagnosis of depression. She implied that childhood ADHD had been outgrown and that my current symptoms were simply due to depression. This felt clinically inaccurate and dismissive of the reality many adults face when living with undiagnosed or unmanaged ADHD.There were several typographical errors in the report and sections that appeared copied and pasted, further diminishing my confidence in its accuracy.I now have to spend more money to find a provider who is truly experienced in neurodiversity. I urge others to find a more qualified and respectful practitioner.
