            This business charged me $101.11 to ship court papers overnight and a $343 cashiers check. I paid the fees and walked this package on on May 04, 2023. I was contacted on May 05, 2023 that the cashiers check and important court documents has not been received. I contacted the UPS Store 7197 and told them that my package was not delivered. They told that they didn’t know what to tell me. I had to call back a few times and even go back in there with my aunt to speak to the manager. They told me that they didn’t know where my package was. I ran the tracking number and it didn’t show any movement. I paid for overnight service, 5 days later no one knew where my package and cashiers check was. Therefore, I am owed the refund of the overnight service. This company has only a Moreno Valley business license #36340, no California Secretary of State license as required by law. It looks like shady dealings. I am going to file a complaint also with the California Attorney Generals office and the Federal Trade Commission.
