    I ordered 2 pairs of shorts from the company online. Although I ordered 2 of the exact same shorts, including in the same size but just different colors, one is a completely different style than the other and doesn't fit me at all. The only contact information for them is an email address, which they ask customer to use when wanting to initiate a return. I have emailed them 3 times over the past week and a half and have not heard back, even though they state on their website that they will respond within 24 hours. I am still waiting to hear back about how to return the shorts, that are not even the shorts that I ordered, for a refund.

    I placed an order, received the product, tried them on and do not like them. I sent a request for a return authorization and refund and have not had any response back since the automated email sent on June 20th to my request.

    Ordered from ***************************** Women Cargo Shorts With 6 Pockets - Orange / L Confirmed May 18- received on june 5th. Total $34.14 USD. They are being shipped via SDH-01(FZ) ????I received wrong color, wrong size. All I wanted was a return label for a refund. I emailed: please contact us: ********************************** 4 e-mails, and a ******** message NO reply back. The company ensures every customer is satisfied.*on ******** (their page, in mentions) there are a ton of other people they've done this too. This company are legit thieves! They will not get back to you for a refund. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

    Ordered 2 items on 4/12/25. Was not made away the products were coming from ***** but ok. Items arrived 5/6/25. Immediately contacted the company per their terms for a return as the quality and fit was not as expected. Received an auto-generated email back. In the email it states, "Cancellation/Refund:We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your shopping experience. If you wish to cancel your purchase or request a refund, please indicate the reason for your request, and we will promptly work to resolve your concern." Have yet to receive a response via email.I reached out on 5/12/25 on ******** and got a response. "Ive forwarded your return request to our team, and well prioritize resolving this for you as quickly as possible." Then was asked if I wanted a larger size and I said I just wanted to return. I've heard NOTHING ************ states: "We'll respond to your email within 24 hours of receiving it, Monday to Friday"

    I ordered 2 pair of shorts from this company the end of March , was charged for them on March 31st $43.13 didnt receive shorts until April 24th, at which time I tried them on and they didnt fit I immediately emailed them then after not hearing anything back emailed again on May 4th still didnt hear anything so emailed once more on May 10th still nothing. Tried calling this number ************ and always get the busy signal. I would just like to send shorts back and get my money back at this point !!!!

    I placed an order on the 24th of April. I have yet to receive my order, but theyve already charged my card. I have reached out to them 9 times, asking to stop shipping, asking for a phone number, and all I get is the same email.

    Email requesting a refund sent 4/15/25, 4/22/25, 4/23/25, 4/25/25. Received automatic email acknowledgement that they would contact me. No replies ever. I sent a message to their Instagram Page & initially received a response. When I explained my request, they went radio silent.

    I ordered two pairs of shorts for my vacation. They took a long time to arrive. When they finally did, I tried on a pair and hated the way they fit. I want to return them. They made it seem like they would take returns when I ordered. I am unable to get ANY contact information at all. There is no phone number listed. I have emailed multiple times with no reply. This is a scam company.

    I placed my order on March 6, 2025 and received a confirmation order. When I tracked it and it said it was delivered to my local post office I called my carrier. The post office told me my tracking number was on a package for another customer with his name on it but my tracking number. He ordered baseball cards and received his oder in said package. That customer sent a picture of the outside label and the packing slip of what was in it. I live in a very small community and my postal carrier knows all of us. She said this has happened before to her as well. I did not know that this order came from ***** when I placed my order but that is where it was shipped from. I have reached out to Comfy Shorts several times with no response whats so ever. I feel like I have been scammed. The pictures are on my phone of proof of the package but I don't know how to attach them to this email on my computer. I hope you can help me recover either the money or the shorts I ordered and not let this company get away with this fraud.
