    WENT TO ALESSANDRO SMOG TEST AND REPAIR, TO HAVE MY 1977 ***** C10 PICKUP SMOG CERTIFIED. ON SEPT. 11TH 2024 @ 11:19 AM. THE FUNCTIONAL CHECK AND EMISSIONS TEST, HAD PASSED STANDARDS. BUT FAILED COMPREHENSIVE VISUAL INSPECTION. THIS TEST COST ME $81.75 TO COMPLETE. AFTER FIXING MISSING PART(S) TWO DAYS LATER, WHEN BACK FOR REINPECTION ON SEPT. 13TH 2024 @ 10:54 AM. EVERYTHING PASSED. IT STILL COST ME $81.75 PLUS THE $8.25 FOR SMOG CERTIFICATE. MY REINSPECTION SHOULD HAVE ONLY BEEN $41.00. I'M SEEKING A REFUND OF THE DIFFERENCE.

    THE **** CHECK INSPECTION FEE IS DUE WHETHER A VEHICLE PASSES OR FAILS A **** CHECK INSPECTION. IN ORDER TO PASS A **** CHECK THE VEHICLE MUST PERFORM A SECOND **** CHECK INSPECTION AND ANOTHER **** CHECK INSPECTION FEE IS DUE TO TEST THE VEHICLE A SECOND TIME.
