      I purchased a wireless base receiver for a pool remote from this site, and it wasn't able to solve my problem. I initiated a return, and customer support sends me a 7 word response, saying I need to plug it straight into the main board. I informed them that plugging it in yielded no results, to which they informed me that I can no longer return it, because it's been plugged in.. Pretty incredible. "Please plug it in, didn't work?, sorry, our policy states we don't take returns on items that have been plugged in (even if we told you to)". After many back and forth emails explaining how unethical this was, they informed me that they will make a one-time exception and send me the details on initiating the return. The policy states that there is a 15% restocking fee, and the return can be declined upon receipt. Nothing about my interaction leads me to believe that any sort of refund will be received upon sending them the item back. Even if this company has the item you want for less, I would recommend paying more elsewhere and having a better experience.

      Hi B****, we responded to your first email asking if it was properly connected to the main board as you said it just didn't work. We ask these questions to make sure it was properly installed as we have had customer not do it correctly in the past. We are unable to take items back that have been installed as we can not sell it new to another customer. It is in our terms and conditions and returns policy that we will not accept the return if installed. We did make an exception on this order and accept the return as your main board was bad. All returns do have a 15% restocking fee. We will be issuing a refund for this unit once we get it back. We have not received the return tracking from you or the item yet. If you have this information please send it over and we will be on the look out for the return. I can guarantee you will be getting a refund for this unit once we have it back. We are sorry if you felt the lack of customer support but we have to have policies in place for many reasons and we hope to earn back your business. Please feel free to reach out to us with any further questions or concerns.
