1 starPLEASE DO NOT BUY! This is probably the worst customer experience I had ever had. They dont have the product in stock. They take your order and then go hunting to find it from another seller. They will not cancel your order but also cannot tell you when the product will arrive.
Customer service sound like robots reading a script. They will not allow you to speak to a manager, despite requesting to a dozen or so times. IF they allow you to cancel they will charge 15% despite them not being able to update you on when you will receive the product. Buyer beware and record all calls with the customer service agents as they tell bald faced lies.Couture Candy

1 starWish I could leave 0 stars as they don’t deserve 1. DO NOT BUY FROM COUTURE CANDY!!! You will not get a refund even if you follow their return policy to the T. They will give you a store credit 25 to 30 % less than what you paid for the dress, which is good for 6 months but get this, the dress you exchange it for is not returnable!! They also stop answering all emails sent asking about any of the above. Between the shipping back .. which can not be USPS .. and the fees I am out $200. Very expensive to try on a dress. They are a scam and should be shut down!Couture Candy

I understand how this situation might be disappointing if it wasn't what you had hoped for. However, our return policies, terms and conditions are clearly stated on our website.
These policies are in place to protect both our customers and the company, ensuring that any resolution is handled fairly and reasonably.
After reviewing your case, we see that a dispute has already been filed. At this stage, and in line with our policy, we must respectfully inform you that no further negotiation can be pursued while the dispute is active.
We will await the outcome of the dispute process, which is typically takes between 60 to 75 banking days to be resolved. Once a decision provided by the bank, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our store policy/bank discretion.

1 starThe dress advertised on their website was very different from the dress I received.
5/20/25 @ 12:20pm EST I spoke with Rich and was instructed to not worry and open a Claim and to forward photos of the dress and tag....which I did immediately on 5/21/25.
5/27/25 I received an email denying my Claim/Refund saying I was sent the correct dress.
5/28/25 I opened another Claim being I was not satisfied with: "sent the correct dress".
It is not the dress is incorrect; however, the sleeves ARE NOT THE SAME AS ADVERTISED.
5/29/25 @ 3:43pm EST, I called and spoke with Dawn and I was told the Claim is denied again.
At this point, I am extremely annoyed and asked her to look at the photos I sent and compare the sleeves next to the photo advertised. SHE AGREED THE SLEEVES DID LOOK DIFFERENT!
I asked to speak with the Manager and was told they are busy. I asked for the Owners name and was told they are not allowed to relay this information.
I have never in my life experienced such unprofessionalism. To think of everything that is going on in this world today, and I bought from a USA Company, that I am having to deal with enormous stress over a $311.35 gown that was MISREPRESENTED ON THEIR PART!
This appears to be a game of bait & switch that is being played here! They are CLEARLY different and I provided them with the advertised photo along with a photo of what they sent me.
I am in hopes that an over 5 MILLION DOLLAR REVENUE USA Company can refund $311.35 for an incorrect sleeved dress VS an insulting 15% return to ALTER the dress.
If anyone is considering ordering from this Company, I would think twice before making that decision. This is my first time ordering a dress like this online and I am extremely discouraged from ordering again online because of the treatment I received from this Company: CoutureCandy!

1 starI give them 0 stars. Buyer beware!!! This company is a joke. I bought a dress for my son's wedding and it did not fit so I immediately started the return process. First they wanted pictures of the dress and the tag. Then it took days for them to review the claim. They finally gave me a return tracking number and indicated they would only give me STORE CREDIT not a refund. I will NEVER buy anything from there again so I don’t want store credit! And I’m not going to send it back so they can sale it again! I’ll just be forced to try to sale it on my own.

1 starWorst experience ever! My dresses were lost via UPS they refused to give me credit a month later a they are waiting for money from UPS but the claim was approved via UPS. I had to file a dispute with my credit card. Meanwhile I got another dress that didn't fit returned it and ordered another one as formal dresses vary in size and that one didn't fit so I tried returning it for another one and they said store credit can only be used one time. Moral of the story is don't buy from here unless you have tried the dress on elsewhere and know exactly how it fits! I think honestly its a scam of some kind!Review fromLisa S

1 starSCAM BUYER BEWARE
Ordered two sizes for the same dress for my 97yo mother as we were afraid for the time factor as the wedding is in April 2025. They didn’t fit and I processed the return immediately. Their directions to return were laborious and ridiculous (photos for front and back of labels). They are taking weeks for “inspection” of the dresses. I receive emails updating me daily that the dresses are being inspected. Then I get an email about store credit that will be applied after the inspection shows they are in good condition. I am not expecting CREDIT but a REFUND. Being my sister is helping my mom as well to find her dress. She ordered 2 more sizes of another dress when she found out the ones I got weren’t good for mom, They don’t allow refunds with returns just a store credit. Now we have 4 dresses and a store credit of over $3000 to use in 6 mos! This company is unprofessional, a joke at every level and very much scamming everyone and not informing the customer of their strict policy UPFRONT during the call made to place the order. We are engaging our bank to place a dispute but the joy of the granddaughter’s wedding is now the pain of all this hassle and money burned and no dress found. Only extreme aggravation.Couture Candy
