    This complaint was originally filed within six months of the issues occurring. However, the person initially assigned to my case was unable to continue with the investigation. I was later informed that they had attempted to call me, but since I did not answer, they closed my case and advised me to re-file. Due to working three jobs and having family responsibilities, I was unable to re-file until now.I am filing this complaint because Five ******* failed to properly repair my cars air conditioning system on multiple occasions.1.First Repair Attempt:Five Js diagnosed the issue as a faulty compressor and replaced it. Despite this, the ** still did not work. My vehicle was held for several days without notice, and I was later told that the shop had to temporarily close.2.Second Repair Attempt:I returned my vehicle and was told there was nothing wrong, even though the ** still did not work. I spent the entire summer without a functioning AC, trusting that it might improve, but it never did.3.Warranty Replacement:Since the repair was under warranty, I returned again. Five Js replaced the compressor for a second time and again retained my vehicle. Yet, the ** still failed to work ************ this point, I gave up on pursuing further repairs with Five Js and accepted the nearly $1,000 I had spent as a loss. Recently, however, I took my vehicle to another shop, where they confirmed that the issue was again with the compressorthe same part that Five Js claimed to have replaced twice.This situation has caused me significant financial loss, inconvenience, and hardship, especially while enduring extreme heat without a functioning AC. More importantly, I believe this business should be held accountable for poor workmanship and possible negligence, as other customers may also be misled or taken advantage of in the same way.I respectfully request that this complaint be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to hold Five Js Auto accountable.
