I purchased hair extensions from Bel-Hair Extensions on April 27, 2025 (Order #*****), advertised as 300g of exotic curly human grade hair. What I received was neither the correct texture nor was it human grade. The hair was unmanageable, did not match the advertised quality or texture, and felt synthetic.I have been professionally installing hair extensions for nearly three years and have never had to remove a set so quickly. Due to the poor quality, the hair was professionally removed on May 23, 2025. I contacted the company multiple timeson May 20, May 21, and again on June 5, both via email and social media. I received no response until I initiated a ****** chargeback, which seemed to be the only reason they finally acknowledged me.Even then, their response was dismissive and failed to address the actual problem. I clearly stated the hair had been removed, yet they advised me to try and style it. This shows they did not read or care about the content of my ********* has now been over two weeks since my last communication, and I have not received any follow-up. Their customer service has been completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The company should not be allowed to continue operating under such deceptive practices.Desired Resolution:I am requesting a full refund of the purchase price due to false advertising, misrepresentation of the product, and lack of communication and customer service. I placed an order for a product on July 9th 2024, and received the order on July 26th 2024. I reached out to the company to make a return on August 15th 2024, they accepted the return request and issued a return label on August 19th, 2024. I shipped back the package using the return label and have confirmation that the return package was received at the return address by an individual on September 9th 2024. I never received confirmation from the company regarding its receipt and when I reached out to them they continuously told me that they would look into it, without ever complying to a resolution. I continuously reached out asking if a refund would be issued or if the product would be sent back, and when I submitted proof of the return package delivered to their facility, they stopped communicating with me. They have my money and the product that I paid for. While I have a charge of more than $300 with no product or refund in sight. I am solely seeking a refund for the product I returned to them with their return shipping label.Initial Complaint

I paid for express shipping and didnt even receive one of my two orders. The other arrive way later. I received the wrong product.Biggest complaint is this hair is falling out in chunks. On September 6th, 2024 I purchased Genius Micro Weft Natural Black(#1C) - Exotic Curly 30' 3 from ********** for $897.75, which was advertised as 100% human hair. However, the product I received is of poor qualityit mats immediately and has been confirmed by two professional stylists to contain synthetic fibers, contrary to their claims.I contacted ********** customer service multiple times via email to request a refund or resolution, but they refused to issue a refund and instead blamed me for the issues. They declined to address the fact that the product is not as advertised.This issue involves false advertising, as ********** markets the product as 100% human hair on their website and social media platforms. I have filed complaints with the ************************ (***) and the New York Attorney General about this matter.I am seeking a full refund of $897.75 as a resolution to this issue. I ordered bel hair extensions on November 16th 2024 and according to their website when the extensions are in stock theyll ship within 3-5 business days after ordering (the ones I ordered were in stock) as of today November 26th they still havent shipped and Ive emailed customer support several times as I was counting on them to have shipped by now and have gotten no responses whatsoever. I tried to cancel my order and the website wont let me even tho it hasnt shipped and who knows if it ever will ship. I want a full refund and to cancel my order. On June 28th 2024 i purchased 2 Curly Bulk Human Hair - Medium ***** / 22" from this company, falsely advertised as Only the Finest: Premium Quality Extensions for Unparalleled Elegance. Also advertised as heat tool safe. Once the product was installed in my natural hair, it took only two normal, standard hair washes, utilizing only premium shampoo and conditioners such as Kerastase products, that this product started to:SMELL TERRIBLY OF AMMONIUM THIOGLYCOLATE TANGLE AND FORM KNOTS STRECH LIKE HIHGLY PROCESSED HAIR After 2 weeks my natural hair is EXTREMELLY tangled to these absurdly low quality extensions, the harsh chemicals used to evidently perm this hair are causing a severe reaction to my scalp, and and severely damaging my natural hair, leaving me with the only option to cut it short after years investing in the utmost care to allow its growth.This company falsely advertises quality while selling the cheapest, most processed, evidently not REMY and not premium hair.Initial Complaint

i ordered hair back in november. i immediately took the hair to my hair lady and she informed me that i could not use it. i went on the companys website to return the hair, it wouldnt allow me so i emailed them for assistance. since then and now i have received no assistance. I would get a repsonse, then as soon as i would describe my issue they would stop replying. I have reached out a multitude of times via email and their social media platforms. they told me they would give me a gift card for the amount so i could purchase something else then stopped responding, thats as far as i got. the hair is still in its original packaging, i want to return it as iv been trying for monthsInitial Complaint

I ordered hair extensions from this business nearly two months ago. Nothing has been shipped by the company and after sending dozens of emails and dms (see attached photos), they refuse to respond or provide any updates. After attempting to contact them on instagram I found dozens of other customers with the same issue. They bought products that were never delivered and the company refuses to respond to any emails-see attached photos of other customers with the issue. This company is a scam that has zero intention on delivering any orders and it needs to be shut down.
