In the beginning,we spent 2 weeks without warm water. After a few attempts at calling the city to come help, the solution ended up being a simple switch for the pipes to the unit. If they did their due diligence on the mechanisms of the house this couldve been solved quickly. In October, we spent 3 weeks without trash service until we reminded the management to help us set up the trash service through the city since we could not do it on our own. In November, we asked for heaters since our unit does not have in-unit conditioning and they presented a cheap plastic heater to plug into the wall. The heater never worked efficiently enough for the whole house. We asked them for another heater and they said we had to put in a new request. My unit is part of a property with a big unoccupied house that has regularly been worked on. The workers told us in January that there have been multiple break ins/successful robberies in the house, last event being January 12th while we were at home. We were never notified by management about any caution or safety concerns. We brought up this issue, they said it was not their responsibility to let us know. We had several black outs due to the fuse blowing up in February/March. when we spoke to the electrician that we found out the house was running at a low amp usage of 20. We let management know and they said no one will come to fix it or repair since it will be expensive. Shortly after sending a long email about my concerns, they were abruptly fired by the landlord. In the transition process, all they did was notify me that they wont be managing anymore. I never received another response for 3 weeks. I sent another email the past week and it went completely ignored. This Friday (4/11) before my lease ends the manager contacted me with a reminder about the change in management. I let her know no one had contacted us at all with any information and we dont know what is going on. I was left with no response.
