    On 04/18/24, I placed an online order with TheDuaBrand in the amount of $148.73. Order #******. I was told by the company this item shipped but checking ***** tracking, ***** never even received this item. It is now 05/14/24 and I still havent received any thing from this company. I have asked them for a refund and they refuse, saying I need to file a claim with a link they sent me. Trying to file a claim on this link does not allow me to file a claim as it states I need to wait to give ***** sufficient time to deliver the package. ***** tracking shows they never even received the item from the seller so how am i going to wait for them to deliver an item they never received from this seller? The link now does not work and doesnt take me to an actual complaint site. It takes me to a blank site. I have emailed back and forth with their customer service and they keep telling me I need to wait and to file a claim with the link they sent me, that doesnt work. They have now stopped emailing me all together. I simply want a refund and they are refusing to give me my money back. I dont know what else to do. I feel like this company is committing fraud by keeping my money and not giving me what I paid for. Their intentional actions of ignoring my emails lets me know they have no intent to either refund my money or send me the product I paid for. I believe they are hoping I just go away but I spent a lot of money on their website.

    DUA does not allow negative reviews. It's a fact. I left four reviews, two positive and two negative. Surprise, surprise the negative reviews did not make it to the site. I bought four scents, two were quite good and spot on for the orginals. The other two smelled NOTHING like the originals and one had solid particles floating in the bottle. I contacted customer service and they did send a replacement, but it smelled just as bad as the first. Hence, my two star review instead of one star. Any faint notes of the original were immediately overtaken by a nauseating chemical smell. Some people claim that you have to let the frangrances "mascerate". No! Dua should ensure their scents mascerate before shipping them. Why would you sell something that needs several weeks to a several months to be wearable, if ever? To make a quick buck, that's why! The reason they don't accept returns is because they know their quality is lacking and whatever you get will be hit or miss. We've now entered the realm of fast fragrance, just like poor quality fast fashion.
