    Purchased on April 29th for 129$ this company is a scam sending me used and ***** lug nuts heritage wheel and three piece us same company

    Purchased a set of wheels from them. A wheel fell apart from normal use inside a year of receiving it, which should have been covered by their so called warranty. Contacted the business to resolve the issue and was totally ignored. Via call, text, and email. Hardware that keeps the wheels sealed together broke apart. Wheel no longer holds air. Either repair or refund/return is desired.

    I ***************************** purchased a new set of heritage wheels 02/16/2023. On November 16 I reached out to heritage over an issue I was having with my 4 wheels. I am in the timeframe of my 1 year manufacture warranty. I have hardware on the wheels that I purchased that is rusted on all 4 wheels. This is considered the structure of the wheels which is suppose to be covered as stated on their policy as a manufacturer warranty. On a phone call on November 28 with a phone call with manager and manufacture heritage stated that the parts used on my wheels specifically the hardware that is rusted is recalled. I tried reaching out over this issue and resolving it with no success of coming to any feasible agreements vocally, written or email. On December 18 during a phone call to heritage I stated since I was under warranty to ship this product back and it should be covered at their expense. They refused to send me any labels so I can return the product for a recalled defective item covered under my manufacturer warranty. If I have to send these items back it will cost me $800.00 which is unfair and not feasible considering I am under warranty. During this call they refused return, exchange, parts or any solution to fix this issue. Also On Monday December ******************************************** I have not heard back from them or received any phone calls, or replies through text messaging regarding this issue. I do not want these wheels as heritage knowingly sold me a defective item with a recall and ************ also failed to notify the me as a customer who bought this product that the hardware was recalled until an issue arrised. As of January 12,2024 heritage had blocked me from all social media and blocked my phone number where I cannot resolve the issue. I would really like a refund after this entire situation since I do not want to have anything to do with this company but would settle with full repair of the wheels at the full expense of heritage with shipping.
