    Sadly I was disappointed to see someone who is supposed to be a senior technician force the control unit off of the water heater and have all kinds of water spray all over the place instead of simply draining the tank as he should have and then oddly enough proceed to do push up between my Corvette and water heater. I found the entire repair due to a recall visit uncomfortable considering after he took the short cut that could have turned out to be more problematic after I specifically asked if he needed more room etc, I simply found the entire service visit a huge fiasco.
