Theres not enough characters to explain lets just say dishonest and money hungry to the **** Ive been to this dealership close to 10 times trying to get my clutch fixed it took until I was stranded and had to have it towed over there to get it fixed and thats after they looked at it and charged me 160 bucks each time just to say its a normal operating clutch. and Ive had a leak that needed to be fixed afterwards on the transmission 600$ later still leaking and now my clutch pedal is sticking to the floor after ***** dollars on a repair thats not even right I wanted the darn thing fixed not partially fixed and to top it off this shop does not call you back, this dealership needs to be shut down its absolutely horrible

Crosstrek went in for service, recall and to have a bulb changed for the fog light. Vehicle was there for about 4 hours and all were aware what needed to be repaired and done to the car. $1100 later, no recall was addressed and bulb wasnt changed. Who knows if what was supposed to be done was actually done. Looks like a different dealership is needed to do the repairs correctly. Thanks for wasting our time and money.Modesto Subaru Response

This business has very misleading and Dishonest sales persons, and managers. When we went to the dealership we were sold a car under the agreement that Subaru would fix dents and scrapes that were on the cars exterior. We were told they were going to replace the rear bumper and paint it to Mach car. They sent the car to a different dealer and they put bondo on the bumper and painted it. It looked like a 6 year old did the repairs. We were told we were getting a new bumper not bondo so we told them about it and at first they tried to deny that they had the old bumper repaired. Finally they admitted to the fraud and promised to take care of the situation and buy a new bumper. We bought the car roughly 3 weeks ago and we still don't have it at our house. Every time we call to check on it they give us an excuse that it has to be kept longer. We are so disappointed after spending over $40.000 and we still don't have the car. This is the worst experience we've ever had. Please help us expose this dishonest business so others won't have to experience this same issue. Thank you "
