    Please see the letter below.Please downgrade this business.California ********** of ******** Affairs *************************** ************************************************************************************************* ************ Re: Your client Smog Check Unlimited was negligent and willfully withheld from me pertinent emergency important information from me regarding never being able to drive my car again, that potentially put my life in danger.On january 12, 2023 at approximately 9:15, I drove my **** ****** van to Smog Checks Unlimited located ********************************************************, Telephone **************.Neither ***** nor his employees informed me that the car was not going to work be drivable. And, that It would be dangerous to try, as the car was not going any were. it would require expensive parts and other major repairs, far exceeding the budget under your coupon program.I left to drive off, and the car sputtered and was stopping, as I was on a very busy street called Pellandale. I was surrounded.by fast cars blowing their horns at me as I barely made it to the far side of the road. I called the police (non-emergency) and then I called ***** to inform him of the car situation, as I thought he had clearly sabotaged my car in revenge and anger.He brought his technicians out and eventually we moved the car, pushing and starting it until we got it to Kearny st I am requesting that you not only investigate this, but remove Unlimited Smog Check from your Program or freeze their participation until your conclusion.     That is where I can receive mail.

     

    Down grade this business clarification.     I meant that, if this business has any A B  C, etc it should be down graded to F.

    But now I realize that this  business may not even be registered with the Better Business Bureau.

    If is not registered with the BBB then, perhaps a consumer note on your site indicating buyer/user of that business beware.

    I am not sure of what you can do if the business is not registered with BBB.  Consequently, I have filed a complaint with the

    ********** ***** of Automative Repair.  Also, please see my complete letter (your site did not allow for entire letter in initial filing

    of complaint) attached.
