1 starWhen I First Read About ScalpMed I Couldn't Wait To Try It << & >> Over 2 Years Later ((( I'm Canadian & the 2 month Supply would always say $155 Dollars But Since I'm From Canada They Would Always Take Out $255 From My Account )) ,, Like I Said ,,,,,, Couldn't wait to try it because there half hour Commercials & Magazines made it Sound like a Miracle Hair Growth ,, I Read The Pamphlet That Came With The Shipment & It Said ,, The Remaining Hairs You Do Have Once You Start Using The Product Will Fall Out & Thicker Hair Will Grow Back Into A Thick Luxurious Head Of Hair ,,,, Well , The Remaining Hairs Did Fall Out But After Spending (( since I live in Canada )) A Few Thousand ,, It's Been Over 2 Years & All I Got Was Blisters That Turned Into Scabs On My Head & In The Summer That Hurts Like Hell But I'm Still Waiting To See Even 1 Single Hair Grow On My Head ,, Like I Am Due To Re-Order In A Couple Days But It's Not Going To Happen ................................... Could have gone on subscription and paid less, but still has to pay for taxes, fees, and shipping as its Canada shipment.
If the customer got blisters and was not sure at what point, why would they continue using it? It is possible they had an allergic reaction to the active ingredient minoxidil. The pamphlet says if they have any reaction to stop using it right away. ScalpMED is not a scam. We have been in business for almost 20 years and have helped thousands of people grow their hair. Not every product is for everyone. It all depends on what stage your hair loss is. The customer has placed 8 orders since 3/15/22 and not once has the customer contacted us with any questions, complaints etc. Had they contacted us we would have been more than happy to assist. We would have asked for before and after photos to review and give honest opinion if ScalpMED will work or not. If we were a scam, we would not even review it. There are many times that we have reviewed and informed the customer that their hair loss is too great to get their hair back. We believe in our product so much that we give 120 days that's a 4-month money-back guarantee. This is the advice we normally give to our customers:
ScalpMED starts to work immediately at first use. It is formulated to penetrate the scalp and open and keep open the nutrient channels to the hair follicle immediately.
It will help speed up and prolong the growth phase of each follicle. Dead hairs will shed and give way to new healthier hairs to grow in instead and revitalize existing hair and regrow new hair.
Hair grows at about 1/4 of an each a month on average. So, you should start seeing a big difference in your hair stopping shedding within the first couple of weeks, and start seeing the new hair grow in within the first couple of months.
The best thing to do is to take good photos of the thinning area before you start using ScalpMED and then one every 30 days. This way you can monitor your hair growth. You have a full 120 days to monitor your hair growth and are fully covered by our full money-back guarantee. But about 90% of our customers have seen great results.
Had the customer contacted us we would have given this advice. If possible I would like to attach a screenshot of all 8 orders you will see by the notes that we communicated with the customer only one time on 12/30/22 and that was because the package was returned back to us and we contacted the customer to verify the address find out what happened and reship another package which we did on 12/30/2 without charging anything even though shipping/ tax and duty fees needed to be paid. 1 starHello I started out with scalp med 4 months ago and they promise me 6 months .I would have some hair still don't have any hair and also they me I could get my money back if it doesn't work . So if anyone trying to order this product off television don't do it false advertisement never ago they should be made to give people there money back like they said thanksScalpMed

solange mack Id: ****** Placed only one order with a 4-month kit on 2/6/23 The Customer contacted ScalpMED customer service on 6/15/23 and wanted to return the product for a refund due to being disappointed. We have a very easy and lenient return policy as long as the customer contacted ScalpMED customer service before the 120 days (4 month) is up they can return for a full refund. The customer contacted us after the return period had expired; therefore, the return was not allowed. As far as not being satisfied with the product, many customers see results between 4 months and 6 months perhaps they needed to try longer. As a courtesy even though the return period had expired, we offered 10% credit and they don’t even have to return the bottles back which is a saving for shipping. The customer accepted it and we refunded the 10% $19.89. The next day 6/16/23 customer emailed threatening BBB and was upset that she did not get a refund. The agent reminded them that we offered 10% credit and they accepted the offer. The customer mentioned the money-back guarantee and we give refunds all the time again as long as it's within 120 days. 1 starI admit that this all started with my screw up. I ordered the wrong formula and told them immediately that I needed the other formula and they told me that it was already processed and that I would have to call their returns department to get an RA#. What they failed to telle is that I would have to pay to ship it back. Again, I know it was my fault but when I tell you immediately then it should be an easy enough fix. It cost me $15 more to send it back. Once again, my fault, but they could've handled it better right when I informed them of the mistake. Not very good customer service if you ask me. I understand your frustration, but please try to see what we have said. I do apologize if there were some miss understandings, but all the agents that communicated with you via email/phone tried their best to accommodate the order that was placed incorrectly online. You placed the incorrect order online on 8/4/22 at 2:30 pm. You had 2 orders on the same day one minute apart, one for the main kit and one for the vitamins. We ship orders out the same day to get the product to the customer as soon as possible. Which is what we did, both packages were shipped on 8/4/22 at 3:34 pm and the other at 4:00 pm. You contacted us via email on 8/5/22 regarding accidentally ordering the wrong item. The agent replied back the same day informing you that the order was already shipped out on 8/4/22. And for you to contact SclapMED once the package was received to receive CRA to return. You contacted ScalpMED customer service via phone on 8/12/22 and requested for the CRA. CRA was provided on the phone. On 8/30/222 you emailed informing us that you have dropped the package off at Fed Ex and that it came back to you. We are not sure why or how it was returned for it to come back to you. The agent tried to help you on 8/31/22 via email by providing the CRA # again and the instructions along with the return address. Also provided the return policy. Same day 8/31/22 you contacted ScalpMED customer service via phone and asked for a return label for the first time that you had told us you made a mistake immediately aft her the order was placed, but that we fulfilled it anyways. Again, you placed the order on 8/4/22, we shipped it on 8/4/22 and you contacted us the first time regarding the issue on 8/5/22 day after it was shipped. Had you contacted us on 8/4/22 we would have tried our very best to have stopped the shipment. We go above and beyond for our customers; we have even pull-out packages from the truck after it has been manifested just to not ship them. But once it’s out of our hands there is not much, we can do. We have been in business for almost 20 years, we have a very easy and lenient return policy. At one point even the manager got involved and made note that if it’s the vitamin that is wrong then the customer does not have to return it, but that was not the case as it was the main hair growth kit that was placed incorrectly.
At this point have you returned it yet? I don’t see it returned back to us. We ship the main kit for free with no shipping cost to the customer, therefore when it needs to be returned its the customer’s responsibility.
I am unable to attach the emails between you and the agents and both orders with all the call/email record notes per BBB policy. We are asked not to provide any information that has our customer’s information.
As a one-time courtesy, this is what I would like to do. I will provide a return label to return the women’s kit as long as it is not opened/used for an exchange with the men’s kit, but this will void any future return refund on the men’s kit. I have made the notes on your order, please call us at ************ if you agree with this and we will email you the return label.J. G.

As I previously stated, this was my mistake I just feel it could've been handled better. Again, it's just one man's opinion and I did tell the last agent I spoke to that I would be leaving feedback.
