      Made purchase of a product that added charges i didnt agree to also i researched this companies background and found out alot of opeople were being scamed by this company ie never recieving order or over charging product

      I placed an order for this companys adjustable focus glasses on 11/12/24. The product arrived and was far less than described. Thats my fault for ordering shoddy online products. I see this company has a history of complaints My credit card was charged $19.00 and another charge for $53.93. I want to know why the two charges. What they are for besides the glasses. An explanation, and possible refund is my most desired result.

      I ordered 3 spy cameras. This company charged my pay pal credit acct. twice. With 2 different order numbers. I only wanted 1 order of 3. They charged me $129.96 twice. *********

      I purchased ******** on 11/15/2024 using my credit card. I was charged $89.98 for the product plus shipping. Product was $79.99 and shipping was $9.99, Total is $89.98. The company also charged my credit card an additional $9.99 with no explanation given and I had no other product ordered. I tried to call on several occasions with no luck and I emailed them to find out when the Auto Air pump would be shipped. They answered telling me the product is on backorder. I now know there is no product coming, they have not answered why the additional $9.99 charge. I have sent another email to them this morning demanding a refund for this order from this fraudulent business.

      I am rejecting this response because:  That's fine that the item supposedly shipped.  I DO WANT my $9.99 refunded since I didn't order any, "mystery box" and modern life trend or whatever their name is charged me that amount for no reason.  I DID NOT CHECK ANY BOX FOR A  MYSTERY BOX, I NEVER ORDERED IT AND I DON'T WANT IT.  I WANT YOU TO REFUND THE MONEY THAT YOU STOLE!

      purchased on line ,on *************** an "AUTO AIR PUMP" by auto air. I paid by credit card/***** pay and evidentally the company or whoever handles orders is MODERN LIFE TRENDS..I paid $89.98. I just received this today 12/02/24 ..There is not a packing slip;no battery adapter to charge the device. It does no look like an auto air as advertised and there is a small piece of paper mostly in chinese,that does not help.and states the product name is"inflatable air pump".Order # ******* and specifies "AUTO AIR X 1"on orderwhich it isnt!! I never received tracking #.The **** package cover says is from. "SHIPPENED ?******************************************* "

      I ordered a pair of top night glasses from Modern Life Trends on Nov 1 for $39.99 plus $9.99 for shipping for a total price of $49.98 (receipt attached). My credit card shows a charge for $49.98 plus an additional charge of $9.99. I have emailed the company to ask about this additional charge, but have gotten no response.

      On 11/18/24, I ordered (1) Mini Portable Heater from Modern Life Trend listed at $49.95 On 11/25/24, I received (2) of the product, & noted that my credit card was charged $29.,99 & $51.45, for a total of $*****. I made 4 attempts via email requesting information how to send the products back for a refund, resulting in "canned" responses that they were busy & would research the matter.. I then replied that there was nothing to "research", I merely wanted their policy to return the goods. In my own research, I then learned there are may complaints against this company. There appears to be a policy of this company avoiding legitimate business practices. I wish to return the (2) Mini Heaters and obtain a refund of $ *****.
