      I purchased a 1.5 TB Microsd card from their online store and I never received it. I paid extra for the 2 day delivery due to requiring it for a project I was working on rather than do the free shipping. I contacted them online and notified them that I didn't receive it and they tried to tell me that it's suppose to arrive on Thursday rather than Wednesday, which would have been 2 days being I order it on Saturday. Even *** had it showing delivery to be made on Weds. They did nothing at this point. I called them and told them the urgency for the card and that they should overnight me a replacement being *** shows no movement on the package and it was obviously lost. I also asked to have my shipping charges credited back to me for this failure, they at least did this but never overnighted me a replacement. I have yet to be notified when I will receive my package from their escalation team. This is poor customer service.

      I'm tired of buying "larger" memory thumb drives only to discover that they are in actuality a collection of small memory chips that "add up to" the larger amount. This is false advertising plain and simple.
