    I was given a HS80 headset for my birthday a little over a year ago. The earmuffs have slowly come off and need to be replaced. I was just going to buy a new one but it is $160 headset and I can't afford to just buy another one. I contacted support who was eager to respond to me asking for the reciept to which I explained it was a gift. They then requested the serial numbers and a few other numbers. I asked where the numbers were and you have to disassemble the earmuffs and take them off completely. I took a picture and sent it in only for them to claim they can't see the numbers located on the worst spot possible. I sent another photo and same thing. I then sent several additional photos for them and have recueved no response for a four days after they were eager to respond immediatly for denial. I really liked the headset and haven't had issues with their other products before now. They have no number to call and other than email they don't have a way to contact for this type of support. I will not be buying from them again as a result.Firstly I would like them to respond to my email and second I would like them to RMA my headset for it. For reference I don't game a ton and haven't used it more than 50 times for an hour or two at a time.

    I have a broken key cap on my keyboard. I look online for replacements and there are none online for my keyboard model. I go to corsair customer support website and am given an AI bot to talk to, it says to submit a warehouse part replacement form, I fill this form out but key caps are not a selectable option to have replaced so this form wont work. I then call their help phone number and am given another bot that says to leave a voicemail, I try to leave a voicemail and the call hangs up. I then call the corporate number and go to their sales extension and a third bot tells me there is no one available. I look on their website and there is no customer support email. This companies "customer support" is entirely just an AI bot on their website that feeds you useless links, it is impossible to speak with a real person. There is much better companies that offer the same products at the same if not better quality which do not leave their customers out to dry.

    HORRIBLE business and customer service ordered something about a week ago had to cancel it because all of a sudden it was back ordered unitl 2025. Then while I was told I'll receive a discount code to use on my next order and someone higher up will contact me all it's been is corsair customer service team trying to bully me into buying something then I will somehow receive and discount after it's been placed and paid for. DONT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

    the software provided for my keyboard and mouse have completely stopped functioning correctly at all. **** has had issues for years and years and years with no solution in sight. I am not close to the only person who has had a complaint about this. I regret buying any gear from them and they will never get my money again.

    I placed an order through their website, taking advantage of a sales promotion offering 50% off. I paid the high shipping fees associated with the order. Everything seemed satisfactory until I received an email notifying me that my order had been canceled without any prior communication regarding the reasons or an opportunity to address any potential issues. Upon inquiring about the cancellation, I was provided with an unsatisfactory explanation, claiming that both my shipping and billing addresses needed to be located in *****************, which they were. They further asserted that my shipping address was not acceptable because it was a freight forwarder, despite the fact that I have successfully shipped thousands of items to that same address from retailers with stringent U.S. shipping regulations without any problems (and, notably, it is not a freight forwarder). I conveyed my frustration, particularly as the purchase was intended as a birthday gift, expected to arrive on the recipient's special day. Their response was to instruct me to reorder through their U.S. website, essentially asking me to repeat the same process, but the promotional price was no longer available, and they refused to honor the original discount. It appears they canceled my order to avoid selling the product at the promotional price, fabricating excuses to shift the blame onto me. I have confronted them about this issue, yet they continue to disregard my concerns and attribute the problem to my address. This situation is utterly unacceptableextremely disrespectful, manipulative, and deceptive. I strongly advise against purchasing from Corsair. If they make direct transactions this challenging, one can only speculate about their accountability regarding the quality of their products (refer to other reviews to understand how poorly they treat customers who receive their items).

    Terrible ************************** **************** I made an order for two things. Both showed that they were supposed to be delivered today, but only one showed up at my door. I then see a door tag that ***** stopped by but didn't deliver the package. I work and i can't guarantee i will be at home when ***** comes for me to get the package.Corsair never said that I needed to be present for the delivery. Im also confused as to why the two packages were not delivered at the same time, and why one package required a signature while the other didnt.Also when I was making this purchase I was told my discount would apply to the order within 48 hours. It's already been almost a week and I have followed up with no response back and no discount....The customer service *** was not sympathetic to the situation at all and just sent me a return label to send if i ever get this package.

    My experience with corsair came straight out of left field. I bought a variety of computer parts from them. I bought a mouse, keyboard, headset, SSD, PSU, and fan kit/H100x cooler. I was so excited to use these parts and never could've guessed how bad of a decision it was to buy their products. Firstly the headset and mouse both stopped connecting to their dongle only a few days after I bought them. Then the keyboards' internal memory failed and now can only be used with iCUE. Beyond the peripherals not working I ended up with a much larger problem after I got the fan kit/liquid cooler, the header which connects the fans to the motherboard hadn't been "quality controlled" and so two of the four pins were not seated right and it toasted the first board I bought, so I bought another motherboard. The worst part of everything was that the first board somehow fried my 2k monitor and GPU after I attempted to use it multiple times trying to figure out why it was crashing and running way too hot. I also didn't realize until my second board came that the pins were the problem so sadly I ended up frying the *** fan connector on the new board as well. I did notice sooner though and this board seems to be working in a buggy but acceptable state. I am a disabled person, and Corsair effectively made my two thousand dollar PC cost four thousand dollars. I am currently stuck with a partially broken motherboard, a broken keyboard, old jittery mouse and a computer which is effectively two times more expensive then MSRP.

    Would give 0 stars if I could. No call center or direct customer relations everything is through a email chain. So do yourselves a favor and only order through amazon for their products if you cant make do with something else their customer service is too much a nightmare to purchase direct from them. im dealing with a issue myself atm where they sent me a poorly packed package that i received damaged and with one cheaply made air pack leaving tons of room for my expensive parts to flop around note the punctures in one of the pics it flopped around so bad from lack of packing protection that it got punctured from another box .i sent it back and now they are saying they can only do a refund and i would have to wait for the refund which can take 7 days just to hit my card and then reorder and hope they dont send me damaged goods again ?? dont think ill be using this company anymore for my next build in the future. absolutely horrendous experience.

    They sent me a headset HS55 that doesn't work. It's not worth my time to do anything other than write a complaint based on the difficulty and low probability of successful remediation. There are too many complaints showing a systemic issue and repeat failures.I didn't pay out of pocket. I used work rewards to purchase it, so I don't know how much they owe me. I don't think I've used a corsair product for about 20 years, but as a first time headset experience, they're disqualified as a supplier.

    I was talking about how the side panel for my PC case shattered on ******* and my friend tagged Corsair. Their support DM'd me and asked for my info and they opened a ticket. Let me tell you right now, I have never had someone in customer service go out of their way to do their job the way ************** did. Great customer service *****. I truly appreciate you, and now my PC is back to looking as good as it performs. By the way, I am running almost exclusively Corsair products and this is my first PC build. So far so good 6 months in.
