    I have 3 orders numbered *******, *******, *******. i applied on the ******* and it says that i can't return them. However, his website states that returns are free within ************************* with the return process, thank you!

    Requested an address change 3x and they never changed my address thus sending over $400 worth of products to the wrong address. This has happened 2x now and I am out $300+ dollars with no solution since their policy has changed. I want my money back.

    I submitted a return request for a subscription order delivered on December 5, 2023. I received a reply on December 6 that included approval of the return and a mailing label. Per a follow up email received on December 11, I was directed to notify the company once the return package was mailed back. On December 20, 2023, I dropped off the package to ***** The tracking number is **********************. I notified the company per the email on December 21, 2021 to inform them accordingly. As of December 23, 2023, the package has been stuck in transit at a location in *******************. I notified the company on December 27, 2023 via email after attempting to speak with **************** regarding this status and requested a response to resolve it and submit the refund. After attempting to reach **************** via phone again on December 29, 2023, I sent the same message to them per the email stated in their auto recording, or ************************************ On December 31, I canceled my subscription with the company and provided the same information regarding poor communication and the order in question as the reason for the cancellation. My latest attempt to reach the company was on today, December 4, ****. Thus, reaching the one-month **** on December 5, ****. It appears there are no representatives to actually speak to when calling **************. I experience the same wait time before being forwarded to the same recording and request to leave a message and contact the company at the email address noted above. As of December 23, 2023, I havent received any official response from True Botanicals.

    On November 27, 2023 I placed an order online for 2 items. I was given a December 2nd delivery date. Once the 6th of December arrived, I recieved an email that my order was delayed. The tracking information I was provided was a broken link, and literally led to nowhere, no information. I reached out to the company on December 7th inquiring about my order and its whereabouts, I was then told it arrived the 5th of December. This delivery never happened as I have cameras all around and no package from them was delivered. Also, why would I get an email on the 6th of December stating a delay of the package was allegedly delivered on the 5th. After that initial email and the response that it was delivered, the company stopped responding to any of my subsequent emails. Ive written at least 4-5 follow up emails and their (888) number sends me to voicemail and I left a detailed one with no call back. Id like to be refunded my money as there was no tracking number or proper verification of delivery. There on system said on the 6th that it was delayed, therefore couldnt have been delivered the day before. Id like my money back in full.
