    From the beginning, Anuj was responsive and reliable. They communicated clearly and always had the information I requested. He worked with us as a nonprofit for our youth artists' new track. As promised, he sent over lists of thousands of contacts. 1/4 of them bounced back but that still left 3/4 that went through. I appreciate the boost!

    Feedspot provided our nonprofit with the names and contact information (including email addresses), in addition to roles (journalists, contributing writers, editors, and more), along with links to websites, and relevant ********* LinkedIn, and ******* profiles of media across *************. As a nonprofit we do not have the budget to pay for media lists, so we very much appreciate this free list from Feedspot.

    Is there a way to rate this company no stars? I intended to buy a trial with Feedspot and they took a full annual amount, $290. I filed a dispute with my credit card after looking through their interface for customer support or a way to ask for help, get the proper amount charged and nothing was available. So I took the matter to my credit card. This dispute was decided against me. There is no help menu, there is no way to file a support case or ask anyone for help--just a CEO who emails you when you dispute the charges. I've emailed him again today asking for a refund and to be no longer associated in ANY way with Feedspot. I want my money back as well- this is intentional deception of people.

    Customer had subscribed to annual ********************** for Publishers plan in December 2023. We added customer's site to ********************** listing, and sent an email stating her site was listed.Customer disputed this charge in January ******** outcome of the dispute is still pending, but it is expected to be resolved by April 2024. The bank hasn't closed the dispute in our favor yet.

    Your site makes it appear as though the subscription will be charged monthly and then you go ahead and charge a yearly fee. And then you say you do not do refunds?? I have noticed similar complaints against you on this site which means this is a very deliberate act. You cannot keep my money for a service I will not use.I want my money back. I'm disappointed in your service and do not intend to use it any longer. I was willing to pay monthly for your premium service but am no longer interested. Refund my money.

    Customer (***********************) was charged subscription fee on 18th February ****, at 7:16pm, Pacific Time (PT) because she had upgraded her Feedspot account to ********************** Pro automatic yearly subscription on 11th February ****, at 6:15pm, Pacific Time (PT)Customer canceled subscription on 19th February ****, at 5:06pm, Pacific Time (PT).Although we have a no-refund policy once the subscription has been renewed, we refunded the customer on ***********, 8:09 pm

    I paid $35.95 on 8-1-23 for full year. They have been charging my bank account for the past two months $19.00 they are a rip off company. Their advertisement is fake be careful. I want my money back!! For the last two months
