On November I purchased a car for my son from Auto Sales Resources at the *********** location. The Sales Manager Colombo help me with the whole process. I had mebtioned that in about a year my son was going to go to College in *******************. He then stated that the veichle had extended warranty for 24 months and he was able to take it to any **** Dealership if it needed repais and it would be covered under the warranty. I walked out with the ***** and peace of mind that we had extended warranty as he had stated. Three days later my son was having issues with the key as it wouldn't work to start the car. I was at work so didn't know how to help him so I called Colombo as he had given me his contact number to call him or message anytime I ran into issues with the car. He didn't answer the call, so I messaged him about the issues with the key. He responded by saying it could just be the batteries on the key. So we replaced the batteries and it worked that day but it would sometimes not work. About two weeks later, we noticed the car was leaking oil. Since we were told by Colombo that it had warranty, we decided to take it to the **** Dealership. When they pulled up the car info we were told the car did not have warranty and the key that was given to us was after market and was not properly cut that's why we had issues with it and we had to contact the dealership to fix the leak and the key I contacted Colombo and told him about it and then apologized and said the new bank he went with didn't include the warranty. He reffered me to their service center which I took the car two different times and the issiue was not fixed and said they didn't have anymore ***** to replace it with. I have been in contact with the service manager, Poly, but he has not been helpful. He now ignores my calls and messages which I have records of our conversations with the Service Manager (Poly) and Sales Manager(*******) They key no longer works to open the car anymore.

On or about March 29th I went to Auto resources to inquire about a vehicle that I was interested in. I was asked to give my driver's license and social security card for the test drive. Upon coming back me and the car salesman *** discussed purchasing the vehicle at which point he told me he could give me a good price. The vehicle was priced at $13,000 but was dropped down to ******. I was given a paper with the warranty information and how much the down payment would be and the payments each month. An agreement was made verbally to bring back $4,000 once my income tax hit my account and we would close our business. On or about April 4th I returned to Auto resources to purchase my vehicle at which point I learned *** the car salesman had sold my vehicle to another person. At that point I assumed our business was closed as I did not want to purchase anything different than the vehicle I had chosen and was approved for. I expressed to *** how upset I was that he sold my vehicle out from under me. He then tried to assure me that he could get another vehicle just as good and I refused and told him I was not interested. After refusing to purchase a vehicle from Auto resources *** had in his possession my driver's license and social security card for over a week. And unannounced to me, *** took it apart himself to run my credit over 21 times and totally damaged my credit. I had been approved at another car lot but because *** continue to run my credit it fractured my credit line and damage my credit severely.

I purchased a used vehicle, a 2022 ********** Outlander PHEV, from AutoResources in ****** at the beginning of January: 01/01/2025 for ~$22,000 and the vehicle had been in and out of shops for transmission issues since and I have only driven it once from ****** to ******* from their service center to another mechanic shop when it had multiple codes arise from the initial trip after they cleared the vehicle in ******. The nature of my dispute is that the previous owner ****************** did not properly maintain or record all the service done to the vehicle in order to have it's current and most pressing transmission issues covered by the ********** manufacturer and I have not been able to use this vehicle at all

On 8/6/24, I took my 2013 VW Passat to **************************** on ********************* in ****** to check out the car because the coolant light came on and the temperature gauge would jump around. **** (a person that works there) and I agreed that I would bring the car in at 9am for a diagnostic check. At 6pm that evening, I hadn't received an update or any contact from Poly or the shop about the car so I called him and asked him if the service was completed. He informed me that he was no longer at the shop- it was now closed and he was off work. The car didn't have coolant in it and I would need to bring coolant for them to perform any diagnostic tests on the car. In addition, he told me that he planned on keeping the car overnight, that he had told me so when I dropped it off and I would not be able to pick it up until the next morning. This person NEVER told me that he was going to keep my car overnight. He said he would do a diagnostic check and call me with a determination. Then later told me that he never did the diagnostic check because I needed to bring coolant to the shop first. When I protested- he told me that I was confused and that he didn't have to deal with my s*** and hung up on me. The next morning, my husband and I went to pick up the car. **** suddenly described the situation as "a big misunderstanding" to my husband and said they'd be happy to add coolant to the car but they would have to charge me for it. I declined further service or inspection and my husband instructed him to bring me my car. **** then threatened that he would report that I went against his advice by taking the car from the shop to the insurance company that covers the extended warranty that I paid for- therefor voiding my warranty and preventing me from having any repairs covered from another shop in the future. This was threat came after he admitted that he did not complete a diagnostic test because I needed to bring coolant to the shop before one could be performed.

I purchased a vehicle from this place April 2022. The car had many issues involving the transmission being replaced 2 times with in 6 months of owning the vehicle, I spent 2 months with no vehicle. Continuing to pay for the loan to keep my payments up to date while the car was left in a shop for the transmission to be replaced two times. I spent over $300 in car rentals while waiting for this vehicle to be repaired while making payments. I was a single mother with two boys to soley care for and I needed to rent a car to keep my employment and my sons appointments. January 2023, the car was totaled and I still continued and still till this day pay for the loan and kept up to date. 08/14/2023 I asked my gap insurance to cancel the coverage as it was no longer needed. As this was processed back in 08/14/23 , the dealership received this notification and I called to confirm. Unfortunately after many attempts to call and ask for the woman who does these refunds. Still to this day, she or they have no given me my refund for the cancellation for the gap insurance. I am seeking to have this rectified and for them to make things right. It should have not been this long, after they put me through h*** with the car not working and me needing to use my savings for the rentals while they replaced the transmissions two times and left me no choice as they kept the car the day I purchased it for an additional 2 weeks to work on it before I got it. Which I was not able to give this car back as it surpassed the 3 day or 250 mile (which ever came first) return time frame. They never want to get back to me for my refund or make it right for the car and trouble I had. They also promised. On the legal paperwork to replace a certain part as one of conditions they would hold up on their end and informed me after 3 months they could no longer get the part but never offered money to do it on my behalf. I am seeking for the loss of income from the times I had to call out of work for this.

Hi. I used to be an employee for this dealership so I ended up buying a car from them not only did I work there but my little brother also worked there so I felt confident in my purchase. Why would the dealership do their own employee wrong? Well they did I want to trade my car in and *** in ****** told me the car was salvage title. I called AR they assured me it wasnt salvaged. Fast forward. Ive been in the market for a newer C43 Benz and I currently work at dealership now, so my owner agreed to list the car on our dealership We reconed the vehicle to get it to dealership spec and the day it was being listed the car came back salveged title. Ive been in contact with Auto Resources they assured me they would help me out considering I was a pre-employee and I still have a family member who works there so I believe them silly me.Today I called and I said please just pay my car off. I dont want to *** I dont want no money just please help me out. He told me the *** so here I am now Im requesting my complete down payment all the money towards the car that I paid and for this to be off my credit. It comes back salvaged on car fax and they guarantee one year buyback. When I bought the car, I was told it was severe damage thats fine. It was a commuter, not salvaged I got a good deal on it and went on my day. As I stated above, I was never informed the car salved title I believe they screwed me over as they have done to multiple customers I can see the reviews I did not want to go this route. I wanted peace and they wanted war. They left me no option can you please help me.

Bought a car on 02/04/2023 and 5 days after purchase we started having problems with it. The car started smoking from under the hood and making a rattling noise on the driver's side of the car. We contacted the dealership which took them 2 weeks to get back to us and was told that we need to take it to the ****** dealership and that the warranty will cover the issue. We took the car to the dealership on 03/08/23 and they kept the car for about a week waiting on the warranty to get back to them. Warranty did not want to cover the issues saying that we were sold the wrong warranty. We picked up the car and tried getting a hold of the sales person from ****** Auto Resources but he was never available to speak with and no one else seemed to be able to help. After many attempts trying to talk to him, he finally returned our call and we told him that the warranty did not want to cover the issues in the car and he stated he didn't know why because he sold us the best warranty and should cover everything bumper to bumper in the car, which was the only reason we even bought the car in the first place. He had us take the car to their mechanic shop for a diagnosis so we took it in on 04/13/23 and they kept the car for 1 month. They said they fixed the smoking problem but had to take it to another ****** dealership so they can fix the rattling noise because that is covered under the warranty. The car continued to smoke and we let him know the same day we took the car back home and he said that it would go away with time, which it never did. We did take it to another ****** dealership but they couldn't work on the car because everything in the car was aftermarket and they didn't want to be held liable. We then took it to another mechanic who got a hold of the warranty but was giving him a hard time saying that a lot of things they didn't cover. They did approve only 1 part of the car to get fixed but we still had to pay half of the bill out of pocket. Now the car needs new engine
